Great place to take the kids. Quite expensive but look for the deals. Clean and lots of trampolines and inflatables. Kids will not be bored here

Just putting this here to let people know that they’ve gone into insolvency. We had a party booked for Sunday and thanks to the Yorkshire Evening Post I found out and booked somewhere else.
Jump Inc were very helpful. Jump Arena haven’t even bothered to let me know there’s an issue yet. Thanks guys...

Jumparena is by far the best trampoline park in the uk, although it is a little smaller that other trampoline parks it is definitely worth it. Jumparena has so many activities to do there I.e. foam pit, basketball, dodgeball, battle beam, rings, slack line, obstacle course and it has a soft play area for the little ones who are to young to go on the trampolines so they don’t miss out on the fun.
The food is absolutely delicious, all the staff are so kind the mangers Sam, Max and Robyn are absolutely awesome and made me feel so welcome.
I would totally advise you to choose Jumparena you won’t be disappointed

I came here yesterday with my friend as we were looking for something to do after the movie we were going to see at the cinema was too full and we both agreed that this was much better than sitting in a cinema and watching a movie anyways! I had never been to this trampoline park before and my friend has never been to one at all so it was a great experience to spend an hour here playing on the trampolines and in the foam pits!
There is actually so much to do here! There's four foam pits (one with a balancing tight rope type thing, one with monkey bar rings, one with a balancing beam and things to use to push each other off of it and one with a big trampoline to do gymnastics into!!) There's also loads of trampolines to bounce around on, longer ones to practice gymnastics moves on on one's on the walls to bounce off of. There was a dodgeball area too but we didn't go in there but the people who were in there looked like they were having fun. There's also an obstacle course that you can do with these high walk things to run on (but my friend unfortunately fell whilst attempting this past), a balance beam, bouncey ball things to walk across, monkey bars and a little foam pit. It wasn't possible to complete the obstacle course though as there were a few children just laid in the foam pit.
One thing that I didn't really understand was that the non-slip socks made me slip about 4 times but other than that it really was a great experience and we both had loads of fun and were exhausted after!! This is definitely not just for kids and we are likely to come back!!

I brought my son and all Freinds and family I can’t belive there was no leader to have fun with them and jump about activities extra.
The socks was well used
I paid for a buffet but they brought out pizza then asked if we was sure about hot dogs we expected it to all come out at once then they said they was bringing the ice cream before the hot dogs
I felt like they was totally unprepared for us

After reading recent reviews I entered here with trepidation and two grandchildren (10 and 8).
Well all I can say is that I found it to be clean and tidy and the facilities were great for our requirements.
Staff were helpful when needed and very pleasant and it wasn't too crowded. Loads of parking too.
The pool table was popular with my grandson so all in all a good visit.

Very tired and in need of a clean.
For some reason my son prefers the trampolines at Jump Arena but we won’t be going back after yesterday’s experience. My sons friend found a 5 cm pin sticking into his shorts. I took it straight to reception to be told it’s not the first time - they fall out of ladies head scarves apparently! Although the staff checked the rest of the trampolines whilst we were there, it didn’t seem a great concern to them which is shocking given that this could have been a really serious incident. We were lucky it only went into his shorts!!

Not sure why my kids like it here as there is nothing good about the place apart from free parking. This is my third visit and it has got worse with every visit, the cafe in particular is a disgrace with shocking service. Please kids let’s go somewhere else next time.

The staff are the only good thing!
The place is run down, dirty and very uninviting from the outside. The coffee machine was broke and due to the lack of drinks and food on offer I wasn’t surprised to see a family sat eating mc Donald’s.
My advice would be to drive further down the road to oxygen!

I recently reviewed Jump Arena and Marketing asking me to e mail the manager which I did. my question is, is it common practice to get a nil reply ??? I have been waiting for over 4 weeks now and personally I fond that rude. I would have preferred a no reply to my feedback here on trip advisor as opposed to the response I got. it makes it look like any negative feedback will be dealt with when it's quite the opposite. at least this confirms my negative feedback left for you.

Yes you can, it is perfect for the little ones who aren't quite ready for the trampolines and only £2.50 per hour session. You can book via the booking page on the website.

Are there any places to eat within walking distance. Going for a birthday - but not enough of us to book party package. Anywhere close by like nandos, pizza etc?

Yeah there is a big complex Warner village down the road have loads of restaurants u won't be lost for choice

Why were my children and their friends banned without you informing an adult? Apparently they were "pratting about" which your rather rude member of staff couldn't define when asked!
