Amazing evening spent with the family at this gorgeous pub for the Christmas lights switch on in Eton 2021. Caroline was awesome to put on craft activities for the kids. We also enjoyed yummy pizza and live music. We have also been before and throughly enjoyed ourselves. They have a large selection of drinks. Their cocktails are so good! They have a lovely outdoor area. Always friendly and helpful staff, the pub is clean and entertainment is fab. Definitely recommend to everyone!

Haven’t been here for a couple of years so was looking forwards to it. On all honesty I was a bit disappointed. The lady behind the bar struggled with the food order and the drinks together and the menu was only really flat bread pizza type things and sandwiches. After we ordered the guy making the food ignored mine and the customer before’s order and instead was busying himself writing out the food board.
We saw our food go for a walk outside and then make it back to use before we were served it. What they served was nice and I have no complaints with the quality.
Sadly the place could do with a good clean and the gents toilets were pretty bad and are crying out for a refit.

Amazing evening in the garden area. The rams absolutely ramming the Leeds 4-2 with the pleasure of being served Camden Pale Ale and great pizza. Good staff, great food and beer is great with a brilliant selection. Best pub in windsor and eton hands down.

Lovely lively pub with live sports tv live music pizzas and lovely garden.. staff young friendly good atmosphere with a mixed age group

The reason for the subject title of this review is that less traffic will make its way to this pub and therefore I can have it all to myself
Why have I not been drinking here before!?
Aside from a trainee bar tender not knowing how to make orange juice and lemonade up, the staff are friendly and engaging
Decor inside seemed like a pretty decent set up too.....but on a sunny and warm day, the place to be is in their beer garden
We stopped by during the World Cup and couldn’t believe our luck to find three large screens out in their garden
So, we had great viewing access, in the sunshine whilst enjoying drinks and their delicious flat bread pizzas

Love this place - great music all the time. On Sunday of the Bank Holiday they had music in the day and then finished off with NRG in the evening - one of our favourite local bands.
Plenty of friendly staff on duty, so never a long wait to be served. Room to dance, nice atmosphere - what more could you ask for?

A group of friends and I stopped to this pub for food and drinks. When I ordered drinks from the inside bar the bartender was very rude. They were skimping on the drink portions and when I mentioned it to him he said they ran out of glasses. There was no ice in my drink and when I asked he told me he had none (what??). I wasn't the only customer that noticed that they were putting the drinks in smaller plastics cups. I overheard three other customers complain as well. When I asked to speak with a manager, they said that the guy who made my drink was the manager (wow not professional at all). Their excuse was that "it was busy". I've worked in food and beverage for years and the place was not what I would call busy to the fact where poor service should ever be received. They only thing that saved this place was the staff at the outside bar Lorcan and Sam. They were professional and they put the drinks in the right glasses (not tiny plastic cups). They are the only reason why this place would even get a star. Besides the horrible service the overall ambience was ok. Not enough to make me want to come back.
P.s. the restroom is the worst there is only one stall and it's a small space. If you are washing your hands at the sink you may want to open the door to save yourself from getting wiped out by someone coming in.

We just stopped for a couple of drinks on our walk.The pub is very clean the bar staff very polite and was served quickly. If you like Real Ales a choice is available and are reasonably priced for area.Would recommend a visit.There is a seating area out side at rear when the weather improves.

I popped in at lunchtime, when it was quiet, on a day trip when I went over to Windsor to see my brother. By day, the pub is a good place to stop and have a pint - with a good selection of beers and a beer garden out the back. they have 4 large TV screens for sports events , and also do live music most nights , my brother tells me.
Looking around I was impressed with the overall layout - Dining area at the front, large bar area leading to the beer garden at the back where there was a large sheltered area, providing welcome shade on a hot day and shelter from wind and rain if the weather turned nasty or a sudden shower broke.
The staff were friendly , welcoming and the venue is really popular in the evenings - Thursday is an ' Open Mic Night ' where anyone can just turn up and play a 3 song slot . Best speak to Damien Delahunty, who MC's this event , as it gets a lot interest from local musicians, if you want to perform yourself !
However, if you want to catch a bit of local night life - it doesn't all happen in London , it seems! Windsor town itself is about an hour or so from Central London, if you catch the Tube to Ealing Broadway , you can get there by National Rail.

Great atmosphere in this pub which seems to be under new management. Pub was busy but service quick. The live music was good. We had a few pizzas as well which were nice. The garden area out the back is nice as well. Pub has a comfy cosy atmosphere with a mixture of younger and older crowd. We'll definitely come back.
