We had a super lucky day with dry weather. The forest coaster was AMAZING!!! I want to go every day. We also did the tree top nets which was super fun too. I wish we could have had an option for a shorter session on those for less money because we had young children who couldn't last too long- it's exhausting! But still it was great. I think the kids will remember it always.
The organisation is really good and the booking online and on the day was very easy. Good customer service and safety too.

We did Treetops midweek, not in half term, so it was relatively quiet and we could take our time doing the elements without worrying someone would catch up with us or that we'd be hurrying anyone else along. It was super fun and exciting without being too scary. The staff were all super nice and the cheesy chips were delicious. Whilst we didn't go on it, the queue for the coaster was incredibly long, so bear that in mind when planning your day out!

Already reviewed the fforest coaster here (fantastic!) and on this trip did the zip safari 2 course on April 29th 3:20pm slot, not sure name of instructor but she was great and the pre-training set you up in a relatively short time for the course. The course itself is amazing with plenty of challenges and also optional routes meaning you can choose the difficulty level in some parts which is a great idea.

What an awesome day - the zip line was amazing. 3 of us went as. 60th birthday treat. I cannot praise the staff enough throughout the whole site. Everyone was very friendly,efficient and reassuring. Everyone engaged with us over and above expectations.

We went as a family with two children aged 10 and 8 and they really enjoyed it but its over with quickly considering the price and you have to queue for a while in between goes (three in total). Its obviously aimed more at children so if we went again I would just pay for the kids to do it.

Fantastic day out. Visited with my partner and 6 year old. We pre booked 2 activities online and received a discount for the second activity. Did the Fforest coaster and treetop nets. Both fantastic fun!! Whilst there my son wanted to have a go at the Treetop Hoppers so we booked that as well and also received a discount. Staff were all great and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

This was so much fun for my husband and I with our 3 and 6 year old (birthday treat). It is over quickly for the price it is basically a £1 a minute of fun per person. The staff are good it is all very well organised. We opted for prepaying £12 per car for an on board camera this is well worth it. You get a full video, an edited video and around 30 picture to download and use as you wish. The only thing I would say is you can not really go as fast as you like because if there is someone going slowly down in front that’s what you have to do. I was hoping to really go for it in the last run but this was not possible. I think they need to space out the coasters a bit more so you really can go at the pace you want. We stopped for cream topped hot chocolate (reasonably priced £3.10) and watched people having fun on the high wires. We went on to the fairy glen which is a good picnic spot and very close by.

We were three adults who wanted something different for our last day in North Wales, the forest coaster seemed a good idea.
The place is easy to find, well signposted, and definitely looks impressive when you arrive. We had booked our time slot, instructions saying we should arrive 30 minutes before. However the queue was huge and you could very quickly see that they were well behind schedule.
You get three goes on the ride, but after every turn you have to get off and join another queue for the next go, and this queue is constantly topped up by those from the main queue… so it takes ages to do your three goes. Also when you are going on the coaster you could be unfortunate to be behind someone who is going slowly and therefore you snail it down . Only on the last turn did I manage to go at speed.
I would say however that the staff did their best, from the girls at reception to the young men on the coasters.

How fast do the coasters actually go at full pelt when not braking? It says 25mph? When I drive a car at 25mph that doesn’t feel fast at all. Does it feel faster? Thanks :)

Believe me it feels a lot faster in the fresh air! Also it helps if everyone goes fast and not like a snail!!... Because unfortunately you do get some very slow people who brake the whole way down which can cause a back up of people but this is very rare!

Does anybody know how to access Fforest by foot? We will be relying on public transport for our trip and will be staying at the Ty Gwyn Hotel in Betws. I was wondering if anybody knew how to safely walk from the site from here as I’ve been told there are no nearby taxi companies.

You'll obviously be able to walk. From memory, is a couple of miles so c30 min walk (alongside a pretty busy road)

Looking for any advice on how to actually get an answer from a real person! Emailed over a week ago and the wait time on the phone is almost an hour!

Yes there are viewing areas. With the zip coaster you wait at the bottom where people get on and off. There is a foot bridge by the cafe and you can see people on the coaster.
Rest of the area is open to walk around and see what's going on

Please could you answer your phones, emails or Twitter? My husband immediately tried to contact you after booking three experiences for the 26th August as he realised the booking for Treetop Nets was on the wrong day (25th). It has now been over two weeks and we are still waiting for a reply. We had one glimmer of hope yesterday when someone on Twitter made contact but then silence. It is worrying when you spend such a lot of money on these fabulous experiences and are unable to get a response back from you if anything needs to be changed. I'm more worried because we are bringing my nephew who has autism and he knows the Treetop Nets are a gift from his dad for his birthday. Do I have to try to get him to understand that he can't have his gift?
We are really looking forward to our visit, we just want to know if Treetop Nets has been changed to the 26th. Hopefully you will respond and everything will be ok. Thank you
