i would give it a 0 if i could. we waited in the queue for them to tell us we couldnt get in because my 2 years SOBER friend was toooooo drunk to get let in. then they proceeded to not let the next 15 people in because they were ‘too drunk’. what are the chances tha many people would be tooooo drunk to get let in. the employees are so lazy that they would rather stand there and chat than do their job. this is the worst experience i’ve ever had at a club in my life, considering ten mill lane is a last resort anyway. so, as a last resort for many people they should be doing their best to make sure people actually want to go in the first place, as well as keep going thereafter. we hate you. honestly. wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy.

I write this as a 30 year old teacher, in a group with like-minded, professional blokes. 5 of us.
On the Friday night, we queued for 20 minutes and when asked “how many?”, we were shown the exit from the queue when we told them there was 5 of us. No explanation. We stuck around to chat with the bouncer, who clearly had no respect for the management of the place, who explained the manager liked the power and there was too many of us but to try again tomorrow by splitting up in the queue.
The following evening, we split into a 2 and a 3. The same manager from the night before refused our entry to the queue and said to get in, “you need to have a female with you”.
The manager was clearly power hungry and enjoyed the responsibility thrust upon him. When we returned with a female, we were refused entry because the lovely girl was black and there were “too many black people inside already.”
I cannot comprehend how dysfunctional the management are, their goalposts are constantly changing to get petite, white girls into their venue.

Absolutely dreadful disrespectful and rude bouncers. We are all well educated professional individuals. Teacher..social worker Barrister and lawyer. We were meeting our friends but we arrived early. Our Black friends were refused entry for no reason. They rang us to say they were not allowed in. When we asked why they couldn't get in he said your girls they are boys. We had paid 3 x 10 pounds to get in and asked could we just speak to our friends then come back in. To which we were told it was no problem . 5 mins later we were refused entry. This is day light robbery and. Unacceptable. We are extremely well educated professional people and to not deserve to be treated in such a disgusting manner. I will be reporting this incident to both the racial discrimination council and the legal ombudsman as we have paid 30 pounds and were refused re entry for no reason.

Waited Well over 30mins for 2 drinks. No apology whatsoever. Dreadful service, staff have no idea what’s going on. I will never return.

Came with 2 if my mates, joined the queue at 2am but the bouncer said it was too busy and to come back at 3 am. I asked him if we would get in since we were super looking forward to come here and he guaranteed us entry. We did exactly that, and he told us to f*** off when we came back at 3. Nice to know his jobs got him on a pedestal 👍🏼

The manager on the entrance doesnt know what he is doing at all.
People waiting on a queue for hours.
And then he lets in only his friends.
I got in because I knew the bouncers. But was a heavy rain outside and people stood there like animals!!!
Not organised at all.
Inside was half empty but outside were 100 people waiting to go in for hours.
Better avoid this club

Me and my friends visited cardiff last weekend for Ed sheeren, we had been recommended ten mill lane by a few people in the stadium so we attended the venue excellent music and staff, I briefly spoke to a girl in a purple dress with a long braid/ponytail I think she may have been blonde about a booth she explained that you were fully booked but as soon as one came available she would come and find us she was very polite ,professional and stuck to her word as soon as one came available she came and found us ,unfortunately at this point my friends were too intoxicated so we didn’t want to buy any more alcohol, but I appreciated that she kept us in mind when the table came available.I must say out of all of the girls who were wearing purple dresses she seemed to be on the ball kept herself busy , she is an excellent member of your team and I will definitely be returning to 10 mil lane if I am in the city of cardiff again.

Homophobic bouncers I was in a skirt on the door they asked if there slowing people in with fancy dress and I got kicked out for slipping on the get floor not even falling over just slipping n stopping myself

Me and my friends went to ten mil lane last night and my friend dropped her id as she got pushed and she’s dyspraxic, this was an accident we had only been to 1 pub prior to this, but would not allow us in even after I explained her learning disability. I am disgusted by this and need to see a big change

Echoing other reviews the bouncers at this venue are nasty. Power goes straight to their heads and create a hostile atmosphere from the off.
