Great spot and a lot of fun for both kids and adults. The only down side is the atrocious lockers. Don’t even bother with them. They’ll take your money and not work so you have to wait for ages for a teenager to run a round looking their manager to get you the quid back or the key won’t open the locker which has all your stuff inside. This happened to my wife although we finally got our stuff out. No idea why they don’t invest in decent lockers but hey ho there you go.

Very good great for a kids party, the kids had a really good time on both the inflatable park and the clip n climb/softplay.
Staff were helpful and so good with the kids. Pizza was nice also

Over priced rubbish. You can't take your own drinks or food/snacks so you're reliant on their 'cafe'! Extortionate prices for poor quality food. Poor selection either sausage rolls, sausage sandwich or over £10 for a plain 12inch pizza. Drinks were all between £1.80 to £3.00 and they were all luke warm with very limited choice. Inflata park was just ok. Kids everywhere, no or little supervisors, it was a free for all with smaller quieter kids suffering because of it. Then over to the climbing play area! I'd paid for 3 people- 2 children and a 19 year old. The play area, which we were allocated 2 hours in, was completely not suited for anyone over 12. But they charged me for the 19 year old anyway despite there being NOTHING for him to do. My two younger children were too young for the main climb frame and too big for small climb frame. Not that it mattered as the climb frame was tiny with 4/6 segments too it. The soft play area was so limited as well. We drove nearly 2 hours for 20 minutes in a soft play area that had seen better days. £150 plus petrol for a truly awful awful experience. We WILL NEVER BE BACK!

Hi Katherine, we are sorry to hear your experience did not match your expectations of We Are Vertigo. Our cafe is full of tasty treats such as chilli chicken paninis, ham and cheese crossiants, pepperoni, ham or plain pizzas, sausage and bacon butties, vegan sausage rolls, crisps and a range of tray bakes from fifteens to muffins. We try to bring in as many options as we can including our drinks selection but unfortunately we cannot offer everything. Our parks are very popular with children so please do expect there to be children everywhere. We take health and saftey very seriously here and will always have plenty of marshalls at each section of our inflatable park ensuring everyone is following our park rules. Our Adventure Centre is ideal for all ages, we even get adults who want in on the fun taking on our 30ft climbing wall and high ropes course! I see you went for our excellent 3 for 2 combo offer which works out at £49.95 for 3 guests for 3 hours of fun, so that works out at £16.63 per person - great value! We took three of our grandchildren to vertigo
Ages 6,8 and 9 — they LOVED it
Entrance price was fine
Staff were super friendly
BUT one star deducted for cost of drinks and eats —- probably the most expensive on the island of Ireland

Very disappointed, would not recommend, paid £83 for 2 adults a teenager and a toddler including £2 each for socks, booked for 2-5pm the 3 hour session, one hour in the bouncy area out of the 3, we arrived at 2.10 and explained as we were travelling 2 hours to get there we took a wrong turn and they didn't care, still made us leave the area at 3, after getting our socks on and a toddler sorted we didn't get in to 2.20 and made to leave at 3. 40 minutes for the price? Most of the bouncy castles are broke, busted and deflated, even my 4 year old didn't enjoy it, very dirty and unkept. Then they told us we have 2 hours at the adventure area, this area had one thing for a teenager which was a climbing wall that you could do in 3 minutes, then 2 play things for a toddler how are you expected to spend 2 hours here? The food is over priced frozen pizza put in the oven. All the tables were dirty and not cleared, I had to ask a girl to clean a wet floor before someone hurt themselves.
Absolutely awful for the price considering it was over £100 for us.
Would highly recommend spending your money elsewhere.

We visited the adventure centre (high ropes & soft play) today for the first time as a birthday treat. We had 4 kids with us aged between 6 and 10. The lady on reception was really lovely & friendly so it was a very good first impression. The high ropes were a really fun one of a kind experience - even I had a go with my son who was feeling nervous! The staff here were all very friendly & professional here too. The kids also loved the soft play (very clean & modern) & climbing wall. The price was very reasonable too as we had 3 for 2 tickets & it was a full 2 hours of play. Not too busy either. Highly recommend!

We treated our netball club members between the ages of 7 - 40 to an amazing fun day out. From the very beginning and initial enquiries with the We Are Vertigo team, it was an easy trip to organise. Plenty of information, quick response times, and easy booking process. The team, mainly Lily & Lindsay, welcomed us all (66 in total) and had everything prepped and ready to go so we could get straight into the action. Every part of the day was enjoyable for every, plenty of juice was on supply for the participants and the food was delicious. We would highly recommend to others and hope to return again in the future.

I had my daughter’s 6th birthday party at Newtownbreda at the weekend. I am 8.5 months pregnant and needed somewhere to take care of everything - they didn’t disappoint! We were very well looked after, everything ran like clockwork and the kids loved the inflatables, pizza, bottomless juice and ice cream. Worth every penny.

5* service. Me attended today with two 8 year old girls. My daughter and her friend. They did both inflatable and adventure centre. They had a ball. One staff member stood out. He was kind, considerate and patient. Absolute asset to the vertigo team. Should be proud. Will be back.

Hi there,
Yes there is a very basic coffee bar. We did not buy anything as both of my two are coeliac our own stuff. There is a sign saying you can't bring in your own food but nobody bothered us about it.

Apologies - I only downloaded the app today and didn’t get the notification for your message! Yes absolutely suitable for adults - I always get stuck in with the kids haha! Also I think they do adults only evenings too regularly. Check their Facebook for those events x

I attended today and was expecting lockers. They do not have these. Only cubby hole type efforts to leave your belongings in. Not very safe

It's just a trampoline park /adventure centre. I wouldn't drive from Dublin just to go to it, definitely not worth that journey!!! The negative reviews on here are a truer reflection of it than the positive. I think air-tastic is opening in Dublin soon if you want to go trampolining I would wait for that. It's also in the middle of a residential area so there is nothing else around it to do.
Also the question below regarding its planning is true - it doesn't have full planning for the site. Despite being open for over 2 years.

Does everybody get blocked on their Facebook page when they write to them about a matter? I had an awful experience with them, and the manager replied to my TA post more than less putting the blame on it. Which is convenient because I couldn't reply to defend myself. I sent them a message on Facebook and got no reply and BLOCKED!! So unprofessional, and I will not stop until I get an answer.

I have been informed that we are vertigo does not have planning permission for the whole site to actually operate
Based on these poor management standards does anyone know whether it has any public liability insurance!!!
