I was gift shopping and came across the two adjacent shops Kilt and Cashmere. Many tempting items especialy as seasonal sale was on!
I ended up buying a gorgeous mohair rug, two scarves and a Harris Tweed jacket.
Sangeeta spent hours patiently going through many options right near closing time.
I fancied a grey ith red streaks jacket wich was not available in my size.
Vandra phoned around and found the last one in the group, had it brought over by the next day and phoned me to let me know it was in.
Mary helped me to chose the mohair rug, ensuring that I had max sale discount, as did Sangeeta and Vandra. Had a lovely chat about art things with Mary who is a graduate of the Glasgow Art School!
So many tempting items - woolen, cashmere mohair and in a fab range of colours and designs. One scarf I bought is in the Glasgow colours.
Like many gifts I buy, I'd like to keep them for myself!! Many thanks to you all.

I will get around to writing reviews for everywhere else I've gone this trip at some point, but I wanted to write this review immediately so my helper today sees it. The man who helped me today was AMAZING. He is Italian (from Sardinia), amazingly kind, so knowledgable, and so helpful. I was lucky to walk into this store first on my search for my family's clan tartan (totally by accident). I knew my family's tartan is rare, so I was open to different clan styles, but I knew I needed to return home with Scottish cashmere lol. He was so helpful in picking complementary colors. I'm on a budget and he was so respectful of that. I was overwhelmed at first but realized that's because I'm used to being ignored in stores. I wish I understood how lucky I was at the moment! Thank you so much! Sorry I didn't get your name! I wish you all the best.
Specifically on the store: the options are lovley. They have options from £25ish all the way up to £200ish. Scarves, gloves, hats, whiskey glasses, wine glasses, family crests, etc. Do yourself a favor and go here :)

Was looking for a wallet / purse combination with high quality workmanship. I tried in Edinburgh, Inverness and all over Glasgow and finally found exactly what I wanted in Kilts & Cashmere. This will last me for years. The service in the shop was excellent. They couldn’t have been more helpful.

We learned more from Andrew in 20 minutes about Scotland from Andrew than most of the tours! He helped us decide what to buy by knowing the history. The place for your Scotland souvenirs! And ask for the coupon to get 10% off (code 10OFF)

Based on other reviews I stopped by this shop to see if I could purchase gifts from my wife and daughter. I met Ashley who was so very helpful; taking me about the store and helping me to understand the types of materials and the various colored patterns. What I read from other reviews is very true, the store assistants are there to help. What a truly interesting and beautiful selection of items to choose from. Thank you Ashley.

Many thanks to Douglas and Saty of Kilts and Cashmere ,who literally saved the day when my husband arrived at Glasgow airport after a 20 hour delay and with no luggage - just a few hours before a wedding.
I had flown in from California in time and ready while my husband had arrived from Saudi Arabia after a debacle of a journey with literally the clothes he stood on! With one hour to spare , we ran from the Grand Central Hotel to Kilts and Cashmere where the wonderful Douglas and Saty sprang into action to put together a complete kilt outfit for him on a great budget . Their expertise and professionalism was outstanding and we got to the wedding in time and looking like a million dollars ! Many thanks , Douglas and Saty!

I was searching for "the Cardigan" and went through hundreds of pictures on "images from the internet"... I found one that I felt was perfect and clicked on the link for 'Kilts & Cashmere'... I have a yard of text communications between K&C staff and I, pictures of the cardigan and a tangible sense that the staff were doing everything possible to answer my questions, I purchased the first Cardigan which arrived one day later!! A perfect fit and superb warmth from the Cardigan. I asked if there were other colours and following another flurry of communication, another Cardigan, in the 'Flecked' colour was purchased and again, arrived one day later... today! for my wife's birthday present... I'll be back Amanda, Saty and colleagues!! Thank You All.

Há muitas lojas vendendo kilts e cashemere escoceses no circuito turístico de Glasgow, porém quase todos de qualidade inferior feitos para turistas.
Essa loja oferece os produtos reais e de qualidade, porém com o óbvio ônus de serem mais caros.
Atendimento de primeira por equipe simpática e profissional.
