The location of the hotel is very nice! But the charm ends here:
The quality of the rooms is really poor. The view from our room is uninteresting (the roofs of the entrance), it was not what I imagined. But above all the customer service is very weak. I asked the Director 2 questions who did not deign to find time to answer me...
The service at breakfast, and in the evening at the restaurant are not of a good standard. It is understandable that servers are overwhelmed but not that they respond to you as badly.
The sense of the guest is - in my opinion - a must of a Premium Pension. You are lucky to have such an environment, it can allow you for a time to continue having customers even if you treat them with little consideration. That's a shame. We're not coming back.

The Loire Valley is truly a wonderful holiday, the countryside is well maintained and the castles are an unforgettable presence both for their history and for the architectural structure. Absolutely worth trying!

A must for every catholic at least once in a lifetime!
We visited the sanctuary in May this year. Recommend a three night stay.
There is so much to see and immerse your spiritual life in.
There daily mass in all languages. The candle light procession is a very moving experience.
Whilst you are unable to get into the bath, they now offer a 'water gesture' that is streamlined and available during some times of the day

The place is still magical
The only downside: the maintenance of the premises
Rubbish bins in full view of tourists at the back of the restaurant. We took a break in a restaurant with a view of the sea but in a more than doubtful condition. A huge water leak coming from the toilet: I can't tell you the smell: we walked in it
I will come back for the view and the beauty of the place
The sign in front of the mountain is ugly

Pleasantly surprised!
We came to Chateau de Vaux le Vicomte to revisit this castle that we had already visited when we were younger (we loved the visit and had very good memories of it)
We completely rediscovered the castle for the audio guide tour with the candles in addition to the gardens also with the candles and the great fireworks.
We were blown away by the beauty and magic that candlelight brings at night.
The fireworks are magnificent.
We stayed more than 4 hours for our entire visit and the time seemed so quick that there was so much to see.
I recommend 100%.
A little extra, the recordings with the audio guide in the castle immerse us very well in the heart of the renaissance and the absolute reign of King Louis XIV.
If you have never heard of Nicolas Fouquet, the castle will allow you to know everything about this character!

The knowledge and information shared with us by our guide Ms Susan as we visited the churches, the crypt of saint bernadette, and especially the grotto where to this day the spring runs brought religious history to life. This is not to mention the first-class treatment TripAdvisor gave us by putting us on a plane to and from Lourdes when the trains were full to show how TripAdvisor will honor their commitment to deliver the Lourdes tour to their travelers.

Fuimos en familia y aprovechamos el festejo de cumpleaños de mi hijo que fue justo el mismo día del espectáculo. O sea que arranco su cumpleaños con los increíbles fuegos artificiales que se tiran a las 23h. Además alquilamos y paseamos en carrito, aprovechamos a hacer un pic nic en los jardines; todo idílico!! Muy muy recomendable! Vale lo que cuesta
