BUSQUEN UBER, BOLT o TAXI
Avoid this enterprise at all costs.
Airport pickup went pretty well although, communication with the driver was terrible and the car was all dirty. At the hotel pickup they arrived late, with little gas, stopped to put gas and the driver could not find the target credit, he had to put 4 euros, because he had no more money, amazing!!!!! All this in a hurry to get to the airport at the indicated time, as I repeat they were late.
We lost it on the way, I had to guide it with the google maps, raining and unfogging the front glass with a kleenex because it does not put the air conditioning (I guess because we were on Fuel Reservation from our Santa Fe hotel to Orly airport). The car with a huge butt bump, dirty no, next thing!!!! It sucks.
The kid with few driving notions, on top answering watsaps while driving.

Gare du Nord has a “sanctioned” taxi line that is not regulated… so you end up in.a gypsy cab that charged us 75 euros to go 0.8 miles. We would have walked had it not been for luggage…. And he took 40 minutes around the block a few times saying that he was detoured for the retirement pension strike that was 1 year ago! I called him out on that but what can you do once you’re stuck in a car who holds your luggage hostage! All taxis out of Gare du Nord are not regulated. Take Uber. Uber would have been 12 euros for the same ride but again he held our luggage hostage once we weee in the car. I don’t want Paris 2024 Olympic fans to use Parisian taxis and get screwed! Use Uber! Or Metro!

Hello, I don't know if anyone can help me. I have a question about the early morning transfer to Ory airport in Paris. It is the first time I have traveled to that city and I don't know if there is safe public transportation to the airport. Since my plane would leave at 6 in the morning.

This is a scam in my view - there was no taxi waiting with a sign - the instructions were confusing - and they ignored our instructions to communicate by email - then they said we had exceeded the waiting time (which we were perfectly happy to pay for) took our money and said auvoir☹️

Buongiorno, lunedì scorso di ritorno da Parigi, aeroporto di Orly, mi sono stati sequestrati ben 9 souvenir della collezione Disneyland paris 30 anni, perché presenti un po’ di liquido.
L’impiegata del gate mi aveva confermato che potevano restare nel bagaglio a mano perché il liquido non superava il limite consentito, quindi non ho imbarcato il bagaglio per paura di perderlo, invece durante i controlli finali, prima dell’imbarco, al metal detector, hanno pensato bene di fare mille storie e sottrarli, davanti a mia figlia in piena crisi di pianto, perché erano per i suoi amici.
Purtroppo non c’era molto tempo per discutere e ritornare ad imbarcare il bagaglio, si rischiava di perdere il volo…
Morale della favola: non c’è alcuna possibilità di riavere quei beni sottratti, neanche tramite spedizione a proprie spese! Assurdo!

Voyage en Businness de retour Washington/Charles de Gaulle.
Premier constat, aéroport très sale de toutes parts et surtout les toilettes.
Venant des US (Washington) via Londres, cet aéroport est dégoutant.
Le service d'assistance handicapé ou PMR est inefficace, il vaut mieux se débrouiller tout seul. Nous avons bloqué un avion pendant ½ heure car il n'y avait personne pour véhiculer sur fauteuil roulant une personne de 84 ans. Merci au personnel naviguant de nous avoir soutenu et aidé et honte au personnel de l'ADP de ne pas avoir bougé le petit doigt et de nous avoir rembarré. Il y avait environ 400 mètres à pied à faire. Sur 4 tapis roulants un était en panne, et impossible d'obtenir un fauteuil roulant pourtant confirmé sur le boarding pass au comptoir Air France. Nous avons du prendre un chariot à bagage au tapis de reprise des bagages, donc après avoir fait la queue pour le passage du contrôle des passeports et l'utiliser comme fauteuil roulant jusqu'à la gare TGV où la personne a commencer à faire un malaise. Heureusement que nous avions prévu un possible évènement. Merci à l'agent de la SNCF qui nous a permis d'aller jusqu'à la porte du TGV avec le chariot à bagages qui transportait cette personne et au couple d'américains qui m'a aidé à monter nos trois valises dans le TGV où le racks étaient complets.
Si à Washington l'employé a demandé plus de pourboire, on a eu droit à une assistance. À Londres on nous a donné un fauteuil roulant que nous avons utilisé jusqu'au car de transfert vers le terminal de départ, après plus rien. À CDG, rien du tout. La prochaine fois nous partirons de Lyon St Exupéry avec notre propre chariot.
Je plains les étrangers qui arrivent à cet aéroport, il donne une image dégradante de la France.

We were not met after clearing customs. After 40 minutes began calling and was told to meet him outside the airport at departures. He was not there. Began calling again and was told he would be there in two minutes but after approximately another 35 minutes an unmarked, unofficial looking car arrived and we recognized it only by the license plate number. The driver was pleasant but the car was had absolutely no air-conditioning so we drove with the windows down. We feel this was not what we had contracted for.
