When you have the ambition to propose a musical, you ensure that the subtitles are readable by all. You ruined my Christmas present.
An incompetent and aggressive manager. A staff can be efficient and a room unsuitable.
All it takes to spoil the pleasure of the guests.This room is a shame.I invite you to go to London to learn how to manage this type of show..
At LIDO2 , we offer a partial service: or you watch the show where you read the subtitles, but not both at the same time.
What about the show, NOTHING, I couldn't enjoy it,.
In 2025 , you could be expected to comply with the Accessibility to All Act regardless of disability. It's not like there are no solutions.
For the ACCOR group,; a good show also involves impeccable logistics and personnel,
This is not the case at LIDO2. Your failings ruined my Christmas present.
But obviously you don't care about your customers, after they pay.

we were super well placed the staff or they were super friendly and the show was really of impeccable quality it was 2h30 of fun we all loved

Hard to note: the new show Hello Dolly is fantastic (even better than the movie); it doesn't just rely on the exceptional lead and his brilliant actress but on a whole amazing troupe.
BUT we had booked with our ticket full of extras that the waiter and the bar didn't know about... it's not their fault but it pissed us off and ruined the show against our sandstone. Worse, since then, impossible to get answer and help from after sales service... no answer or compensation. Big disappointment in the end because management only makes things worse that happen but could have been better managed.

I have just returned from my trip to Paris & I can tell you that the experience I had at the Lido was an absolute disappointment & disaster
We had a problem on our way to the show so we had to arrive at 20:07 while the show started at 20:00
When we showed our tickets they told us that as we are late, they already “gave” our places to other persons & that we can’t be seated at our places so they made us seat on the last row at the balcony from where we couldn’t see anything… I came back out to try to make those people come to their senses, explaining to them that we paid for our exact seats & that it wasn’t right not to give us our places but they said that they couldn’t as they can’t disturb people watching the show
I asked for the champagne glasses that we orders, they said that we had to wat for the 2nd act as they can’t serve it right now anymore… it is then that we decided to leave the Lido as this was totally unacceptable… we left by 20:30
What happened at the Lido on 14.12.2024 is a totally unprofessional behavior & more than that, it’s a complete rip-off & even theft… we have been literally robbed… you made us pay for places that you didn’t give us & probably sold them to someone else & you made us pay for champagne glasses that you didn’t serve to us
When I made my reservation over the phone, no one mentioned that if I’m not there on time, I will lose my place… what do you think this is??? A flight that has to leave on time???? We paid for seats & service that the Lido robbed from us
What happened was totally unacceptable & it ruined our vacation!!!! We had to spend the entire evening & the 2 days following in a stressed mood because of what happened
I am tour operator that has been working in the hospitality industry for more than 30 years already & I have never ever encountered such an unprofessional behavior, even in the worst places you can imagine… how can this happen in Paris??? We usually advise our clients what to do & where to go during their trips & Lido was definitely on the to-do list of Paris but what I’ve experienced is catastrophic!!!!
I have tried to contact them several times by email to request a refund but no one is bothering to even answer

What a disappointment for the rather expensive Award!
We go in and out as we want, because the sessions are not well defined. So that the spectators constantly move during the show, as well as the kids who jump everywhere, because not at all interested. Difficult to follow the show properly in this case and in addition the staff remains passive.
Medium show with gaps in production and weaknesses in special effects.; we get tired fast! It’s a shame, because the basic idea of the Vivaldi Seasons is excellent.

As I discovered Paris, and its Champs Elysées, a young man at the Lido invited me to live an immersive experience to the sound of the 4 seasons of Vivaldi. He sold me the experience so well that I ended up paying 18 euros in tickets. And there, surprise, a film on the planet paraded on a screen not big enough, shabby drawings, no feeling of immersion and kids screaming and dancing down the seine, dimming the beauty of the music and this for 30 minutes. Of course, it is said that we can stay in the room for as long as we want, but that is of no interest. Anyway, big disappointment. And strangely enough, when we leave the room, none of the staff members leave us. Ask what we thought. They know it's really not worth the Award.

We booked as a group. A show that stays in your memory. We had tables close to the performance platform. The friend next to me was disturbed by the ostrich boas that the dancers passed on his neck and urged me to be reassured that everything was a dream or reality. Fantastic, I have no words to describe the show between art, circus numbers and music. A milestone in the journeys undertaken

Nice setting, nice evening royally ruined by a frustrated bouncer who had fun threatening to make us leave the room. Oddly enough, no one could respond to our dissatisfaction regarding the professionalism of this employee...

Bonjour, je prépare une surprise à toutxx et ma famille … nous venons à Paris pour les fêtes et veux leur offrir une soirée au Lido. Je n’ai pas un budget très Latges car nous sommes 5 . J’aimerai acheter simplement le spectacle en catégorie 2 mais ai peur que nous soyons mal placé : balcon ou pas ? 21h ou 23h ?
