Delighted with this company’s service. Contacted me 2 days prior to travelling to confirm details. This was very reassuring as booking had been made a few months earlier and no payment taken. Again contacted on arrival at CDG airport at 10pm and drivers were waiting to pick us up. Importantly, the 2 large mini vans had the 2 child safety seats and booster seats we had requested for a 2,4 and 9 year old. (not many companies seem to offer this and also cheaper than many others!). The drivers were very efficient and helpful in spite of us being delayed due to a baggage problem. The return journey was equally smooth with text from driver confirming his arrival and details, all of which made travelling with a party of 13 much easier. Would definitely recommend Win Transfers and will use again when we visit Paris again.

Our plane was twenty minutes early and baggage and customs was fast and way. Driver arrived ten min later but ahead of our original expectation.
Samson was very professional. Safe driver and knew the roads well as we met traffic and he made the ride efficient. Samson explained the cut as we drove through and assisted us with our luggage. All in all, I would call on this company again.

Due servizi in tre giorni, da Disneyland a Parigi e da Parigi all'aeroporto di Orly. Per 4 persone e due valigie, servizio con Mercedes Vito. Prezzi nella norma, rispetto alle offerte su internet. Massima puntualità e grande disponibilità (oltre alle formalità via mail, risposte a tutti i quesiti tramite Whatsapp, anche in serata).

Very late/no-show and still refused to issue me a refund. Based on many online reviews, this company has apparently been doing this for many years. Hence, I have escalated to Orbitz escalation team to hold this company more accountable moving forward.

you would appear to have not read our booking conditions - if you arrive outside of our operating hours then we cannot provide a service . We suggest you contact the guilty party ie the airline . We are NOT responsible for late flights .

I would prefer to give them 2.5 stars. We are a family of 4 adults traveling to Paris with 4 checked bags and 3 carry-ons. They picked us up in a passenger car! We had to carry our carry-ons on our laps. Mine fit on the floor, but I had to put one of my legs on top of it. It was like a clown car getting out of it! And very uncomfortable. The only saving grace to that transport was the fact that the driver was incredibly nice and professional. I don't speak French, but it was clear from his phone conversation with the company that they had messed up. The return trip from the hotel to the airport was sooooo much better. Beware of this if you book with them --- I understand that mistakes are made, but this was a big one for my family and me.

Unfortunately, I couldn't choose zero stars. Our flight was scheduled to leave at 11:40 a.m. Paris time. We were scheduled to be picked up at 7:30 a.m. Before we went to sleep, we checked our flight and there were no changes. We also signed up to receive text message alerts from United Airlines if anything changed. At 4:30 a.m. my wife's phone received a call from the Paris Shuttle driver saying that he was five minutes away and our flight changed to 7:30 a.m. We checked our phone and there were no changes. We checked the United Airlines website and our flight had not changed. I went downstairs and the driver showed me flight information that was not ours. He kept insisting that our flight changed. Meanwhile, the hotel's night attendant also called and checked online to confirm with the driver that our flight did not change. The driver was awful and said he would not come back if we were not downstairs in 30 minutes. He was very hostile, and so I told him to leave. We ended up paying for a taxi to take us to the airport later that morning. Travelocity would not refund our cost. We won’t book anything through Travelocity again. More importantly, do not use Paris Shuttle. Call ahead for a taxi or wait in the queue at the airport. This is a terrible company.

hello - the information that YOU provided us with stated a flight time of 730 am - NOT the pick up time .
I would suggest that you pay more attention when filling in booking forms in the future .

We used Parishuttle 3 times during our recent 16 day trip to France and Spain, and they were terrible each time. While other services has drivers waiting for their clients upon arrival, after waiting for OUR driver we called the office, to be told that our driver "was ten minutes away.". Twice we had to call back after another 30 minutes, and the driver finally arrived. The first ride was fine; the second the driver did not lift a finger to help with our bags, not even my wife's. He then drove so slowly that traffic was passing is left and right. Today's trip to the airport was by an ordinary taxi that the company evidently decided to use. We could have done that ourselves for much less money. In coming from the airport into Paris, we subsequently discovered that there is a fixed taxi rate of 53 (Right Bank) to 58 euros ( Left Bank). Next time we will save ourselves money and time and get better service, by using a taxi or a better car service.

I am sorry to hear about this – however I would suggest that if you did book through Airport Van then you contact our customer service department who will be happy to look into this for you .They would require you to provide the unique booking reference number .We are handling on average 1000 transfers per day so from time to time an issue may arise.
Guest feedback both positive & negative is always welcome .

Flights have been crazy and we were travelling as a family coming from different countries. We en been training to coordinate our flight so all 4 of us would come in almost the same time and share 2 cars. This did not happens as the airlines moved our flights a lot.
When this company was booked by an operator of our travel agent it said on the paper work that we received that we are only guaranteed one hour wait and when we requested if we can fit 3 people to a can the operator said we cannot not.
When we got to Paris though Parishuttle was very accommodating and even waiting for us when our flights got delayed for more than an hour
They were a little annoyed when the 2nd group of our party was a longer wait but we are just glad that we didn’t have to waste another cab fare because our ride left us because they only wait “1 hour”
Plus on our way back to the airport they let 3 people ride when the tour operator said we cannot

We are staying near the Louvre in Paris soon. Should we fly into Orly or Charles de galle airport? Which one is closesr?

Charles de Galle is a much bigger airport and has more means of transportation than Orly. I have only flown out of Orly on a small plane. Your hotel should be able to help you make that decision. Parishuttle is very familiar with Charles de Galle.

Desde luego PARISHUTTLE no lo contrates porque es una compañía muy mala e informal, al menos por mi experiencia y la de otras personas. Te recomiendo SUPERSHUTTLE, me han dicho que es más formal. El teléfono creo es +33811707812, inténtalo con esa agencia que son más serios. Debes reservar antes el servicio.
