Unfortunately, on our shared tours we at times have other last minute cancellations, and this was the case for your tour. Due to other guests having cancelled, you were left as the only traveller on the tour.
Since it is illegal to operate a shared tour with just one person in France, we telephoned our competitors to see whether they were able to accommodate you on an equivalent tour. Unfortunately, none of our competitors had availability.
We also proposed a different date for your tour, which you were unable to accept.
We take our services extremely seriously and are very frustrated that we had to cancel the tour for you, but we were left with no other option.
As advised by phone, we have instructed Viator to refund you fully, and we apologize sincerely for the inconvenience this cancellation caused you.
