Even though the guide was nice and definitely knew a lot about the place, he never mentioned anything about Game of Thrones. I can only speculate whether we were erroneously sent to the wrong tour or if this is false advertisement.

Real Alcázar and GOT Tour: (December 30, 2023).
Nothing ruins a tour more than a tour guide who is late. We were assigned to Javier who is supposed to meet us at 1:30 pm in their Naturanda office. It was cold but we were not allowed to wait for their late tour guide inside the office. We all had to wait outside. When it was already 1:45 pm, we inquired where Javier was. It turns out he had just arrived but still taking his sweet time getting his audio set and fixing his backpack inside the office. He was late because he allegedly lost one of the members in his previous tour group. We would have let it pass had he shown some remorse by doing things quickly and apologizing. But we received no apologies whatsoever.
The tour was entitled Real Alcázar and Game of Thrones tour. But there was no mention at all that this was the site of Dorne, the southernmost kingdom of Westeros ruled by the Martells. I appreciate the facts & history that Javier mentioned, but those dates would be more meaningful and interesting if the tour would come up with interesting stories about the Alcázar. There are so many interesting things about the Alcázar that weren’t mentioned. Javier was just mouthing facts which did not spark any interest at all. I might as well just read the stories about the Alcázar.
We were a big group but Javier was impatient and led us too quickly through the tour. We have not yet fully explored the room, but we had to leave. He was in such a hurry that I am no longer wondering why he lost a member of his previous tour group.
I did not post this review until after I finished my last trip with Naturanda. There are always good reviews and some will always be bad. But all the bad reviews I read about Naturanda are true. This serves as a warning.

Un desastre absoluto. Contraté la experiencia Game of Thrones para mi familia y no recibimos nada de lo contratado. En la descripción dice claramente que ofrecerán Gran cantidad de información sobre la serie, cotilleos e historias sobre el equipo en Sevilla. Pues nada de esto! Solo indicaron vagamente un “lugar donde se había filmado la serie”, textual. Si uno paga por algo, no lo recibe y no le reintegran lo pagado, solo tiene un nombre:ROBO.

La visita de Juego de Tronos al Alcázar fue exrtraordinaria. El guía tenía un nivel de inglés excelente e hizo muy amena la visita con sus referencias históricas, anécdotas y la recreación del rodaje de la serie. Acabamos encantados! Muy recomendable

Our guide, Lola, was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about our walking tour. learning about the origins of Flamenco, and the Flamenco show itself which was amazing.

We loved this tour. We really wanted a blend of history and GOT information. I feel like this tour hit a really nice blend of the two. We had two guides, Lola and Clara. Both were great! I loved their enthusiasm for both GOT and the Alcazar!

Juego de Tronos es de mis series preferidas (quizás no la última temporada 😬😬) pero el your me hizo sentir parte de la historia, vivirla. La guía es sencillamente maravillosa y sus explicaciones son excepcionales y sencillas.

Nuestra parte favorita fue toda la experiencia!. Teníamos muchas ganas de conocer Sevilla por su maravillosa cultura y haber tomado esta visita fue la mejor decisión.
