Our pilot is one of the most experienced pilot in Catalonia, with lots of hours flying. Actually, you flew 1h30, with a perfect landing. Our staff is specialized and does a fantastic job. Therefore, we are really sad to read bad opinions of workers who, on Christmas Day, went to work so you could fly the day you asked.
The worst experience of your life, we are sorry to read this, but we are happy for you if this was the worst exeperience of your life. It means your life is full of fantastic things and we are happy for you. In our region, people have the culture to help Picking up the balloon once landed. It is actually a funny activity we all do together as a team. We are sorry you did not enjoy it, but we don’t think this can be named “work like a dog” as we do it everyday with our passengers and they seems all happy afterwards. And let me specify for any reader, they helped in two ocasions, not a “day of manual labor”.
Also, the price goes with the number of passengers you are. You actually paid 200€/person for a hot air balloon Flight + pickup on Christmas Day, which is fair.
