I have been using the services of Rino and Josephine since 2014. I have been in Italy several times in the last 5 years and there is no other company I would ever consider using anywhere in Italy. They have treated me and my family like family every time. I travel with my children and I never worry because I know Rino and Josephine are taking care of everything we need to move around Italy and make the best of every vacation. This year I took 2 separate trips to Italy. Rino and Josephine took care of everything for five of us in Rome, arranged a wonderful day to see our family in our town near Naples, and transferred us seamlessly from the airport to an apartment in Rome, then to the port for our cruise and back to Rome again upon our return. Their vehicles are spotless, all drivers, including Alessandro and Simone are the most kind, professional and welcoming people you can meet. I returned with ten members of my family to northern Italy. Rino and Josephine took care of everything again, including fabulous tours of Milan, Parma, Venice, Modena and Lake Garda. Transfers to the airport and to various hotels were always so simple. The drivers arrive early every time with a smile eager to assist. I was so very fortunate to find these wonderful people 5 years ago using trip advisor. They are now family to me. I could never thank them enough. You will never be disappointed. They are truly the only choice if you want to enjoy Italy in true Italian style!

Aldo was good from the start waiting for us on the train platform and was very friendly the entire day. We toured Sorrento and the Amalfi coast prior to visiting Pompei. Aldo is very knowledgeable of the areas we toured and we recommend this service.

Highly recommend using Italy Limousine’s service while you are in Italy. Very professional and reliable. Even in the middle of chaos, Josephine remanded calm and was very helpful with solutions. She was always available whether by phone, text or email. We had Aldo drive us from Roma to Positano and he was an absolute joy. Excellent driver but his stories were superb. Use this service and you won’t be disappointed.

I worked directly with Josephine from Italy Limousine, she was responsive at all hours of the day and night (does she ever sleep? LOL :)). It didn't matter if it was on email or phone she represented the company well - extremely friendly, flexible, and professional overall!
When it comes to booking anything over the phone or email it's extremely nerve wracking you don't know if who /what you are dealing with with actually follow through.. BUT FOLLOW THROUGH IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!
As Josephine had explained, drivers would be at each of the ports we docked on while enjoying our Royal Caribbean Oasis of the Seas Mediterranean tour. The drivers were dressed nicely, extremely friendly and went above and beyond at each of the 3 ports we visited (Pisa/Florence, Rome, Naples).
We were on a family vacation (all 27 of us, ages ranging from 2 years old to 89 years old) the drivers were extremely accommodating to all ages (baby /car seats, to a scooter that needed to be lifted into the vans at each of our stops while visiting each of the 3 ports).
If you are on a cruise and want to do a WHOLE LOT MORE than what is offered in an overpriced 1 excursion visit then you should pick Italy Limousine they ensured our safety, provided us an overview of all we needed and should see as visitors within a short window of time, and brought us back to our ship in a timely responsible manner. Even if you are not on a cruise and would like to use their services - I would do so with out any hesitation!
This is a legitimately professional, friendly and family oriented business and they make you feel like YOU are FAMILY visiting from far away! Loved this and loved Geno and Josephine!! thank you so much for this AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!

Outstanding Service, very clean cars, excellent and very friendly/professional driver and tour guide. Stefanie at customer service always called to assure our comfort and if we need anything. We highly recommend Italy Limousine.

We had amazing experience with Alessandro.He knows everything about Tuscany,the history of the town,wine & cheese.Very nice gentleman,perfect English and very patient with us.Very recommended tour giude and driver.

We had a hotel transfer from Sorrento to Napoli Centrale. Very prompt and on time. Our driver Elliot was superb! Very polite and knowledgable about different sites we were driving by and very pleasant to talk to. He always made sure we were comfortable in the vehicle at all times and helped with the bags.
I will definitely be booking through Italy Limousine for our future trips to Italy.

Josephine took such good care of us during the booking process (and my date confusion). Lorenzo was there to pick us up at the Naples train station just as our train arrived. Lovely drive with fun commentary on our way to our hotel up above Sorrento. So easy. Josephine had made the perfect recommendation for which day to tour the Amalfi coast to avoid the holiday and cruise traffic. Rino spoiled us all day with history, photo tips, lunch recommendations...made us feel like family. Then Lorenzo took us back to Naples for a very early flight. Clean, comfortable vehicles, easy booking, professional, fun and stellar communications.... world class service! Thank you Josephine, Lorenzo and Rino.

As 5 adults on a cruise stop in Rome, we considered several companies and chose Italy Limousines due to the positive reviews and competitive price. We are delighted we chose this company as had a fantastic day with Alejandro (I hope this is the correct spelling) who delivered us within a short distance of all the main sites. Booking and confirmation was easy, our driver was very personable and picked us up on the gangway directly in front of the ship. I would not hesitate to recommend this company as we visited every site on our wish list with a few extra gems thrown in. Our driver recommended a lovely authentic restaurant for lunch and delivered us safely back to our cruise ship in plenty time. Speaking to other cruisers, our trip was far superior to the trips organised by the ship and we saw far more for our money. We cannot speak highly enough of the driver and were all buzzing after our whistle stop tour of Rome.
