This is the ONLY way to make a day trip to Capri! We skipped the mobs of the ferries and the bee hive that is Marina Grande. Pasquale and Serena took us straight to/thru the Faraglioni, then several grottos on our way to Marina Piccola - so we avoided the typical Capri congestion. We zipped on a bus right up to Capri town and seamlessly caught a cab to Anacapri. From there we got right on the chair lift - as advised by our guides - to Monte Solaro for breathtaking views of the island. When we re-boarded the boat after 4 hours, they took us around the island to the Blue Grotto, and got us all in and out within 30 minutes. Then we bypassed the ferries again and got back in short order. Shout out to Rick Steves for recommending Mondo Guides. We saw/experienced SO MUCH MORE of Capri in one day than would have been possible on a large ferry service. Not to mention the complimentary take away sandwiches for lunch on the island (saved a ton over waiting in line for overpriced food!!) and complimentary water, soda, beer, Prosecco both ways. All staff were so friendly, gave lots of helpful info, answered questions, etc. Mondo Guides is THE WAY to get the most of your Capri visit!!
