Aqua park , really very nice and fun, the only flaw there was no separate waste collection..... all in the same bin....

When we told aad friends we wanted to take our children to the acquatica in Milan, everyone advised against it. We ended up there only for a mishap that prevented us from going to the farthest water park Le Vele.
Upon arrival we could not help but convince ourselves that it is actually the worst water park we have been to.
And do not dare to smash your head in one of their paths, as it happened to me (not because of my faults or carelessness, but on an imposed path) because they do not take responsibility for anything.
Faced with my report complete with medical documentation they denied all responsibility.
While I was at the ready neighbor of St. Charles Hospital waiting, two other people arrived who hurt themselves at the aquatica. There is no point in going on writing because I am already wasting my time devoting all this attention to her. Pathetic!

I have two children aged 8 and 10, we were in this water park yesterday. Fortunately being August there were not many people and we could do many attractions, some have a prohibition for children under 140 cm, we saw a boy hurt on a slide and the Attraction was closed 2 hours.
The costs are really very high, the food is not quality, there are many points that should be rearranged.
I don't think we'll be back

It's been 20 years or so since the last time I was here, and today I went back... and it's all like 20 years ago, which, on the one hand is beautiful, but on the other hand leaves me a bit so .. it would take very little, to return the aquatics to its former glory .. the lawn, kept so well, contrasts with the rest of the structure .. the slides, with the faded colors of time that passes, as well as the signs with directions; the stairs x climb it, in poor hygienic conditions; in some there were cobwebs, others with pieces of paper soaked in water, as well as dirty ; in the path of the dinghies, unique in its kind, you should put a walkway, and when you get to the top, at least the tub with water (the tub is there, but it is unused) x rinse your feet full of grass, so as not to bring dirt into the pool; and finally it is true that the cap is not mandatory, but it would be good and right to become so, to avoid finding the dry bath full of hair. It would really take a few tricks, to return this place, as beautiful as it was in my memories as a girl ..!

I think the date we went meant that there were not many people so both for the slides and for the restaurants c was little wait. It was a beautiful day .. if I may give a Recommendation I would increase the tables for picnics or anyway the tables were occupied by bags for hours without anyone eating and this has meant that we ate under the umbrella. Considering that the tables are not so many maybe someone from security could manage better so that everyone can eat al fresco and sit at the table. Overall we would return quietly

Good water park , maybe it would need some maintenance but all in all we had fun, and there were no problems, prices a little high given the offer but we are still in Milan and prices are known to be higher than elsewhere. Staff attentive and always present and friendly.

Given that I didn't even remember it, there must have been a reason... Very bad, in every sense, dirt parking, dust entering everywhere, managed by Neri?, we enter, immediately I notice people without caps and dressed swimming in swimming pools without steps in fact my wife has slipped on the pool edge.So hygiene equal to zero.Let's do some attraction, non-existent safety, I hurt myself because of me?Yes also, but the protections?The Bar then to a certain ends ice cream😂😂😂, a total disgust, to last and it seems to me very serious, nursing without sanitary equipment... You never even go there by mistake

Ad una recensione che inizia con connotazioni razziste c'è ben poco da rispondere:
- il parco ospita clientela internazionale di varie etnie, essendo ubicato a Milano, città di elevato turismo, e se all'interno dello staff vi siano anche persone di colore di certo non può essere una cosa negativa.
- le scalette ci sono in ogni piscina laddove sono obbligatorie per legge, certo non trova una scaletta ogni 5 metri, ma basta cercarla.
- la cuffia in un parco acquatico NON è obbligatoria. Per questo abbiamo impianti di grossa portata che filtrano l'acqua in tempi ristretti mantenendo la limpidezza e le caratteristiche di igiene.
- le persone vestite sono donne arabe che hanno il loro burkini, costume da bagno permesso dalla loro religione
- tutte le strutture hanno le protezioni previste, altrimenti non potremmo aprire poichè vi sono rigidi controlli ogni anno da superare. Se si fa male per causa sua..noi possiamo farci poco se non mandarla nel nostro presidio medico fornito di ogni materiale importante per il primo soccorso. Certo non è l'ospedale, se chiede medicine specifiche di sicuro non potremmo soddisfarla.
- ultima cosa, poco importante a questo punto, se alla fine di una domenica una referenza di gelati possa terminare in un punto vendita...a noi fa solo che piacere perchè significa che il parco è stato apprezzato da molte persone e ...se uno volesse comunque prendersi un gelato, ci sono altre 27 referenze disponibili.

I came for the first time with my 5-year-old daughter and I really enjoyed it! I used Esselunga vouchers (for open date entry) and converted the codes into tickets. Although Saturday, there were not many people, especially in the morning. Attractions for all tastes and ages. We took two sunbeds near the village Eden for the little ones (each sunbed costs 3 euros but you also have an umbrella) , and I could relax with the baby always under my eye. There are also gazebos in other areas and umbrellas with sand but they cost a little more. Changing rooms, sunbeds and bathrooms some kept not very well or not cleaned already in the morning. Comfortable dining / dining area , with quick service , quite expensive as always in similar places , but there are also equipped areas if you want to bring packed lunches . They often do entertainment in the central pool. I found the staff very nice.

The Aquapark was the absolute disappointment... Everything outdated, dirty & dirty..... The slides have defects, our son has injured himself.... The food absolutely inedible, tables chairs u the floor littered with food scraps from the predecessors....

Cute and fun place and without too many people but the guys who work on the slides, excluding 2/3, do not want to work and do not care about everything.
The place is very large and offers many availabilities only that the dressing rooms are really dirty and badly put as well as the bathrooms.
The costs are not high for the daily but if you want to eat inside bring really a lot of money because 1 do not accept the pos and 2 costs everything
a lot.

Gentile cliente, la sua recensione non trova conferma in diverse cose. Abbiamo il POS in ogni punto vendita, dalla biglietteria ai bar e ci sono ben 26 POS in tutto, per cui è IMPOSSIBILE che qualcuno le abbia detto che non accettiamo i POS...! NON abbiamo camerini ma cabine a rotazione presidiate e sempre pulite come lo sono anche i bagni, dove i pavimenti e le pareti vengono sanificati in continuazione per tutto l'orario di apertura. In ultimo, i prezzi del bar sono allineati a tutti gli altri parchi di uguali dimensioni. Probabilmente mi viene da pensare che sia stato in un'altra struttura.

Ciao, vorrei portare mia figlia che ha 8 anni ed é alta 135cm ma vedo che la maggior parte delle attrazioni ha il limite di 10 anni e 130cm. Vale solo l'altezza o anche l'età? Grazie

Ciao il parcheggio costa 5 euro per la macchina e 3 per lo scooter, ci sono parcheggi liberi a circa 100/200 metri vicino ad un campo da calcio.
