Der Treffpunkt vor dem Hafengebäude und war gut zu finden. Die Übergabe des vor gebuchten Tickets ging schnell und nach 10 Minuten Wartezeit ging die Fahrt im modernen Bus nach Brügge los. Nach ca. 30 Minuten haben wir unser Ziel erreicht. Der Ausstieg war direkt am Rande der Altstadt. Es wurde leider nicht gesagt, dass der Treffpunkt für die Rückfahrt nicht an der Ausstiegsstelle war sondern mit einem kurzen Fußweg am zentralen Omnibusparkplatz. Da hätte ich fast den Anschluss verpasst. Dieser Hinweis sollte den Gästen beim Ausstieg mitgeteilt werden. Ansonsten alles gut organisier. Kann ich empfehlen.

The city was amazing. Great views. Great food and drinks. And there's a cute Harry Potter store! Wonderful, prompt and professional service from Cruise Express Shuttle.

The tour assistant was excellent , he works hard . The problem with this excursion is when you pay ahead of time you are told you get priority access to check in . EVERYONE rushes to the ticket line and this needs fixed pronto . Priority means NOTHING on this excursion .

Straightforward stress free transfer at a fair price. Booked on line the evening before I arrived in port . No more than a 10 minute at either end so couldn't have worked out any smother. Highly recommended and a fraction of our Cruise operators extortionate price for a similar transfer.

Just a few steps beyond the port exit, friendly service direct to Bruges. Approximately 25 minute ride in to bus depot. Then about 1-1/4 mile walk to city center through beautiful architecture, storefronts, and over canals.

We used this company to transfer from the cruise dock in Zeebrugge to Bruges. We left on the first bus in the morning and everything went well. Staff was friendly. They dropped us off where they said instructed us when the busses would be leaving for the afternoon return and everything was good. We returned at 3:15 for the final 3:30 bus. When we arrived we asked the gentleman who had helped us in the morning where we would meet the bus. He pointed us to the flagged spot on the curb. When we got there there were 15-20 people waiting who had tried to take the 3:00 P.M. bus which was too full so they were waiting for the 3:30. At 3:45 15 minutes after our scheduled leave time someone pointed out the bus had parked a few hundred yards away. There were now at least 60 people waiting. We ran over to the new spot and they told us the bus was full. This was the last bus of the day and at this point our ship’s all aboard was only 45 minutes away. We ended up shoving people on every nook and cranny of that bus probably over 100 people on the bus. One passenger insisted we go back to the original place they had told us to wait were we picked up a few more people and we all got to know our neighbors very well. We made it back to the port 4 minutes before our all aboard time and we were among the last group to make the ship. Either they don’t have enough buses to meet demand or have poor planning with counting the people yet to return but the company was not prepared to have everyone returned the ship on time. With something like this I feel like that is the absolute required minimum and they failed to meet it.

I would not use this transfer again. When I left the port I was told to take the bus at 3.00pm instead later but there were many people and just 1 bus available. So I had to wait another half hour for the bus because they did not arrange a second bus. It was not really well organised.

We had to wait over an hour for the bus to come, there was some kind of delay…but once underway the shuttle was great. Our return to the ship was on time and perfect

Viator shuttle was way cheaper than the cruise. Easy to book. Bus a bit old. I found that there were taxi available at the port too. You have to negotiate on the fare before you get on.

The shuttle was great, but finding the ticket location was a nightmare. I said it was that a particular coffee shop. But it wasn’t a location. Just look for some random guy sitting at a table outside of the building.

It was a standard coach when I traveled which had steps at the entrance, but they may have other options.
They are really friendly staff so It's worth getting in touch direct and asking I think.

By the way, it stops on the outskirts of the old town and it's quite a walk (although all flat) with some cobblestones en route

I pre-booked last year for this service so decided to do the same again.
You can definitely book on arrival and there is a mobile office as you leave the port which is easy to find.
Not sure if it's a discounted price by booking in advance though.

You can buy them at the little tent at the bus stop. I bought mine on Viator before we went, I don’t think they were discounted for buying them beforehand.

This may be a question to ask your cruise line. They will be aware of his needs on board the ship so should be able to advise what will happen when you go ashore and how you will get from the boat to get the taxi.
