It wasn't a great experience. The Guide barely spoke loud enough to hear half of what he said. Nor did he seem very coordinated with the Moliceiro.
We had a problem with the Reservation. We made it online in the market of the same company and we got the proof four days after the purchase! They put a bad face on us by showing only the proof of mail and good thing Tiago, from AveiNest where we stayed interceded for us.

The normal channel circuit, I guess like everyone else, but the Guide who was supposed to tell us what we were seeing horrifying. He limited himself to reading what the posters said and the rest of the time telling stale, casual jokes based on Spain's Eurovision performances and Ramon Garcia's Grand Prix program. Very nice reception staff.
First they offer to advance the time of the trip and when you go to request it without even checking the list they tell you that they are full and that they do not change.
The tour lasted just 30 minutes.
Supposedly he was a Guide in Spanish, but that for half the boat, the other half were not Spanish so when he told you the few things he told to see the place we had to twist like eels.
On the other ships you saw joy and they sang in this except a joke that the supposed Guide made, it seemed like a silent escape.
It wasn’t my case that I wasn’t carrying children, but I think it’s a real shame to collect as a place a baby of months that was in the arms of the father
Sounds like a heist to me.

Relaxing and very informative way to see the centre of this beautiful city. Tui our guide was excellent and engaging with everyone. Well worth the money.

On our first day in Portugal we took this boat trip in Aveiro. It was said in advance that the guide was new, found it quite exciting and did not speak much English. But she did her best to explain everything to us and a German couple as best she could. She'll get there!

The tour was spectacular. An unforgettable experience where Eui explained the entire route and brought many historical curiosities about the place. We can have fun and understand a little about the history of Aveiro as well as tips for getting to know the city and also new experiences. The pilot also drove the moliceiro with mastery. The tour was wonderful with attentive people and splendid curiosities.

Highly recommended. Entertaining tour guides, and you get to see a side of Aveiro you wouldn't see otherwise.

Our boat started off only half full which was good, although we picked up more people half way through. It was a very interesting cruise round the canals although a shame that there was quite a lot of building going on and some of the views up canals were spoilt by barriers along the banks. That was not, however, the fault of the cruise provider. Our guide was excellent govng us lots of onformation in perfect Portuguese, Spanish and English.
