WORST DRIVER EVER

Usually commute with Flixbuss but have gone the last few times with Vy, but the customer service on the bus just gets worse and worse. First driver, from Oslo 240621 at 10.45, was one of the nicest I've met at Vy, but then we got the worst I've met at Vy. He did not greet, did not answer questions from English speakers and barely from Swedish speakers either, complained that people were talking on the phone on the bus but he himself sat and talked several times on the phone but in Arabic or some similar language. It will be Flixbus from now on, too bad they don't have plus seats (2 + 1) like Vy, but it's not worth the seats if you have a driver like that. At the stop in Västerås, there were about ten of us passengers who discussed this and the general opinion was that it was the last Vy trip.

Zero communication

Would give 0 stars if I could. We arrived 20 minutes early to the bus stop indicated on our ticket. The location of the bus stop had changed 2 weeks ago and the company never communicated this (the old location was still the address when you looked it up). So we missed our bus. Don’t waste your money with this abysmal company - they won’t communicate with you at all.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. After a one-hour delay, the bus arrives with a driver who is not only rude but openly racist and picks on a passenger who happens to have black skin. Specifically, he doesn't allow him to bring a standard backpack with his computer, while other ladies and gentlemen are welcome to carry even bigger backpacks and several if desired.

Very happy!
Fifth trip I make today between Gothenburg and Helsingborg and surprisingly good every time. On time, calm and nice driving, clean buses and nice drivers every time. In addition to that, also very reasonably priced compared to trains. I can warmly recommend Bus4You.

NEVER more bus4you or vybuss

I would take a bus from Uddevalla torp at 21.25. I am informed that the bus is 45 minutes late. Standing outside in debris and cold for 1.5 hours. Not getting new messages or info and the traffic planner is in locked mode. Sometimes a bus does not appear in the picture. When I can't feel my feet anymore despite warm clothes, I go to McDonald's to warm up. Sitting there for several hours and getting a message at 1 in the morning that the bus is 215 minutes late. Book a ticket with you for a bus that will leave at 3.40 to make sure I get home. There are 0 public transports from Uddevalla and it's cold and you don't get anywhere. My bus NEVER came and 0 info about where it is or what has happened. Get on the bus at 3.40 and arrive in Oslo at 6.15. I would be home at 11.55pm with you. So a total delay of over 6 hours. I sent an email about getting compensation for BOTH tickets because this is not OK. If there hadn't been a McDonald's a bit away, it could have ended badly because it was terribly cold outside. And it's in the middle of nowhere. You don't want to ref both but only one. Bad service I must say. However, you offered to replace the McDonald's food, which costs about the same as the new ticket if I have a receipt. Who keeps their receipts from mc donalds hello or? Only have bank statement. Feels strange on your part. This is not only strange but extremely unprofessional. Boycotts View ahead. When I went with flixbuss another time when the same thing happened, I did get information about what was happening and a replacement bus came plus money back. The delay was 2-3 hours. With view no thank you it feels risky and is more expensive and you do not get compensation. You MUST take the bus that is scheduled otherwise you can screw it up. Although it never appeared without info. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY! I work in transport myself and this is so unprofessional. Where I work, we would have replaced it once with no problem in an event like this.

I wish i could give zero stars! The worst bus service i have seen in my life! Most unsafe for women! Will never recommend to anyone! When we raised a complaint against the driver the companys response was PATHETIC. The driver was EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISCRIMINATORY. It was a nightmare travelling in their bus! I will spread this information as much as possible.

Absolutely terrible!!!

We arrived at our pick up point 20 minutes early. We arrived at the pick up point written in the email that was sent to us freshly that morning with our seat allocation. We then realised with 5 minutes to go there was a tiny A4 sign saying the stop had moved to a location 15 mins away. Me and my pregnant wife therefore missed our bus despite rushing over.

Why was there not an email sent to inform us of the change
