thank you very much for your rating and the feedback here, which we do take very serious since such ratings are not what we stand for and not our standards of service.
I want to apologize that the experience with us wasn't how you would have expected it. I am sorry for that. At the same time I want to point out that we obviously didn't serve you a dinner menu, since you booked an experience which includes sparkling wine food. Indeed we do offer dinner packages as well, but not here on the platform.
Maybe it was a bit confusing since our brand name is: "Riding Dinner", but actually the product description of the experience is very clear, at least this is what the other feedbacks show us.
Further, I also want to take the stand for the second point you were criticizing - the duration of the ride. On the day you have been our guest I was riding with you personally and I have to admit that I can't remember by heart how long we have been riding exactly or if you came to the meeting point too late. If it was the second case I also have to mention that we can't extend the ride since we have to stick to our times and reservations, otherwise we will run late for the next rides. The more I want to underline that being on time and sticking to the schedule is the daily business for us.
Once again, I do appreciate the feedback, even though it's far behind the feedback we usually get and want to get, but last but not least I would have also appreciated if you could give me the feedback along the ride, while serving the food or asking if this is what is included, or also after the ride pointing out that the duration wasn't like estimated...but nothing of it happened so we also didn't have the chance to handle the reported issues in any way.
Hopefully we may still welcome you in the future again somehow, so for the next time the result will be better.
