We always strive to put on the best productions and create a great environment for you to experience them in our Little Theatre. As a Charity without a penny of subsidy we strive to keep the Building going, If you are not already, why not look at becoming a subscriber this summer where you get 8 shows for the price of 6? Thank you for your comments. As per our previous email correspondence to your partner, our terms and conditions are clearly stated throughout the booking process. Please review the screen shots we have already sent you to show this. On the first booking screen it clearly states: ‘Please note, tickets may not be exchanged, refunded and are not transferable’. You then have to click continue to move from this page before even selecting a performance date or seats. Once you have selected your required seats you then see the following: ‘You are about to buy X tickets (seats X - X) for the DATE & TIME performance of Dick Whittington at a cost of £XX (including £1.00 booking fee). Tickets may not be exchanged, refunded and are not transferable.’ You also have to tick that you have ‘read and accept the terms of contract’. Before you click Pay Now After you were advised that tickets were non-refundable, and you wanted to discuss further you were asked to contact after the new year due to our volunteer box office staff not being present. It is disappointing that you feel you have to rate our much loved theatre only 1* because you booked tickets that you no longer required. We do hope that you feel compelled to remove your rating and hope that those now reading this review understand that your rating is not representative of the quality of our Theatre or our productions. We were not informed of your family illnesses in your original correspondence but we do hope that your party is feeling better now and that you would like to visit us again in the future.
