The security checks were great we did have fast track but it was great. Then the airport itself was “ packed” not a seat to be had we checked into NO1 and were immediately served an ice cold glass of Prosecco and iced water by the lovely Joe, who is the absolute star at this establishment, Sara was efficient and kind but Joe just is Mr Personality…. We were dreading the airport … this was lovely 🥰 we will return xx

We came to this lounge as a family group of 8 before going away for a Birthday weekend. Lounge was really comfortable and we were able to pull tables together to accommodate our group. Breakfast was good and drinks selection was great. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Thank you for making the start of our weekend such a good one!

Birmingham Airport for a holiday and called in here to relax and get a snack. Mandy and Sarah were absolutely brilliant. Cleaning the tables. Making very nice drinks and just being very pleasant. Thanks both

We booked the north airport lounge for the 14th June and were advised upon arrival that the lounge was closed due to a maintenance issue. I emailed to request a refund and my email was ignored, no response for almost 2 weeks now. Chasing on Twitter I just get fobbed off, saying they will process soon. Unbelievably bad experience from a service that preaches to be a high end experience, they act like cowboys to avoid refunding customer. Awful

Very pleasant and helpful staff, good selection of food and beverages. Made our Flight delay far more tolerable. Amy and Summer couldn’t have been more helpful, they even heated the brandy for us 10/10

You are talking three months in advance planning here - which is good if I were your partner but bad if I were running a place you are going to
Do not expect anything spectacular - food is standard lounge fare - but at least there is a choice of snacks fruit and soups that are quite safe
If your partner is really really fussy take them to one of many restaurants at LGW and let them chose what they prefer
If it is not only about food - No 1 lounge is very pleasant and you will spend some nice time while waiting for your departure

Our lounge opens at 4am and is very popular particularly during peak holiday times. We would always recommend pre reserving your space to be guaranteed entry and to avoid disappointment on the day. :)

Hi, the lounge is air-side after security in the departure gate area. Depending on which gate you are at they are mostly on the same level but there are some that the bridge.
Departure gates are usually a 15/20 minute walk from the lounge.
