I really enjoyed it! We took an adult area and a sauna area. Keep in mind that in the area, saunas go without swimwear or swimsuits - wrapped in a towel. If you can't look at naked bodies and you're afraid to undress yourself, that's not your option. But without synthetics in the sauna, it's a high! Four hours was enough, but we didn't have time to eat. We were on Saturday at 11.30. There were few people, there were seats available on the sunbeds. Got into 2 soaring treatments - to music, with different flavors, really liked! Jacuzzis are huge - one cool, one warm. Everyone has room. The saunas are varied, not even in all. Impressed by the spacious salt zone, huge aquarium in the steam room (!), Japanese room with warm floors. There's plenty of room in the pool area, too - space! Burstling water all over the perimeter. Live palm trees! Pool bar - minus (!) - don't give pipes to cocktail, frostbite her lips and teeth on ice. But the glasses are different for each cocktail, as appropriate (plastic). It was freezing outside in the pool, so they ran back. The temperature is very comfortable both air in this area and water in the pool. Can't find a place to watch the rest of the time, so remember and watch! They ate very good and inexpensive on the way to Warsaw in the nearest gas station cafe. The water park in Druskininkai loses on all counts... we will definitely come back!

We visited Suntago Water Park on a Sunday, and it was an absolutely awful experience. First of all, they do not have any limit on the number of people allowed to enter at once, making the entire place incredibly overcrowded. It felt chaotic from the moment we arrived. The slides area was nothing short of a stampede, with no organization and people everywhere pushing and shoving. Near one of the slides, there was a strong smell of urine—completely disgusting and unhygienic for what’s supposed to be a family-friendly destination.
The sauna area was another disappointment. You can only enter naked, something that was not mentioned beforehand. To make matters worse, there were long lines to enter the sauna, which means it’s clearly not designed to handle the number of visitors they let in.
It’s clear Suntago only cares about profits, letting thousands of people in without considering their capacity or the quality of experience. We paid nearly 100euros for both to spend the day relaxing and also had to pay for the parking, left after 2 hours. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and will certainly not be returning. Save your money and go elsewhere.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The staff were extremely rude, particularly two managers—one blonde and one with dark hair—who were immature, unprofessional, and clearly untrained in handling complaints.
About the park itself: it was overcrowded, poorly organized, and lacked clear signage. The cleanliness was below standard, and the sauna area was only available at an extra cost—and children were not allowed. Additionally, all the sunbeds were “booked” with towels, yet many of them remained unused.
Overall, a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this park to anyone.

Was looking forward to this but unfortunately had an awful experience, unfriendly, rude and intimidating staff. Did not feel that it catered for English visitors, more for locals. Went for the day to celebrate friends 40th birthday and was ruined by the rudeness would not recommend and would not go back

Were there on Friday, after 15. They wanted to come on Saturday at first, but since there was free time, they decided to come on Friday. Especially since Saturday would probably have been a big crowd. Only took slides (no SPA or baths).
On the plus side:
- a huge number of slides, the slides are interesting, on some breathtaking.
-don't carry around in circles.
-even if there's a queue somewhere, you can find normal ones where the queue is minimal. This by the way is a previous plus also applies - if you go up with a circle (as in some water parks), you would have to stand on a specific slide in line.
We took it for four hours, we had enough. But it's on a workday. There may be more lines on the weekend and time may seem short. But the price difference between four hours and a full day is minimal...
-there's a lot of cash registers at the entrance. But again, with the number of checkouts, you can imagine how crowded it is during peak hours.
And now the downside. Lots of them.
1) no baths in the slide area. Children are freezing (and not just children). If you even warm up in the Jacuzzi, the whole effect goes away when you get out. I see, if you put in a couple of saunas, the proto people won't go to the SPA area.
2) I do not recommend riding in a new swimsuit/suit. On a simple slide (without a circle) - I tore my swimsuit on the first descent, my wife tore her swimsuit. If she's got a little hole left, I've got a hole spread out in my bathing suit...
3) Stuck on the slide twice. Once on the parallel (orange-black). Was with a little daughter, 8 years old, Oral on top (about the height of a 5-story house). The wife heard downstairs, addressed the staff - they were just waving away - saying she had already been saved. Also, I was heard and seen by the visitors downstairs - who most likely also contributed to the call for staff. Eventually sat on the slide for 15 minutes, until the water was turned off and the girl came to pick us up (although with the look like I was stuck on purpose - not even an apology).
My wife was also stuck with a shallow one, but on a different slide, but she was near the end of the slide, and she came down herself. After that, I went back to the orange-black slide, but with a single lap (before that, I rode with a single lap, everything was normal). And while I was standing in line, I saw that the sign on the screen lit up, that "emergency exit has been activated" (apparently this happens regularly). Decided not to take any more chances, went down another slide. Anyway, as someone has written before - they just make money and they don't care about your problems. In general, they have two types of double circles - yellow and blue. (Statistically, it was the blues that got stuck - or slipped worse, or slightly wider than the yellows).
4) Chip checker (how much time used, locker number) - is in the wardrobe only. Money is withdrawn for every extra 15 minutes.
5) Parking - much without it. However, Poles like to charge for parking even if you rent apartments from them. It didn't even surprise me. Cost 25 PLN for 4 hours. I'm assuming that if you stand longer, the price will be higher.
Anyway, if you don't pick and be ready for anything, you can have a good rest. I recommend it.

The worst time of my life, which also paid a lot of money. If you want to get your lungs, kidneys and colds replenished, you're the one with the vessels! The water in the pools is barely warm, the air is cold, almost like outside, and this is late October. People in swimsuits with wet hair, how can you set the temperature like that? Just a mockery! you don't know where to run to get even a little warmer, not even the pools with supposedly "warm" water at 34' (which clearly wasn't the case), as coming out of them you instantly freeze! The sauna wanted to warm up, but you can only stay there with your eyes closed, as you'll have to see naked perverts who then vomit for 20 minutes. They took all-day tickets, but they held it for four hours. Never going back there, not even for free! And I don't recommend it! Think about your health!

After reading the negative reviews I was apprehensive about going here however, obviously we went out of season was one of the only English… wasn’t really an issue some members of staff do speak English but can be hard at times to find things out but overall was great. Very cheap! We had two hot dogs. At least 6 drinks three being alcoholic, snacks and two pasta dishes with a pizza and we only spend around £85! We was there from 10:30 till nearly 6 and there is just so much to do! There is ques for the slides but I’m not sure what people expect. I can imagine it gets much more crowded in height season so I would recommend going in the winter season however not everything is open saying that there was a couple of outdoor pools that were obviously heated so was quite nice. I think we spent about 20 minutes in the queue which was the longest we spent. We didn’t go on every ride because of the queues but that’s only because we were impatient. We went on the small slides were literally one minute to five minutes the whole day. The lazy river was great again does get busy but it’s really not a problem as long as you’re expect it! The only thing that was awfully busy with the wave pool but again as long as you spaced yourself out and expect it. We had a great day🥰 lockers are free loads of changing rooms and toilets. We had access to all three areas but didn’t go in the Saunas as we wasn’t aware we had to be fully naked. Didn’t really bother us because we got to chill in the adults only bit even if we didn’t use the saunas. Lots of small pools about and Jacuzzi which again is just really nice and the pool bars the swim bar all really good and again cheap.

We are delighted that despite your initial concerns, you had such a positive experience with us. Visiting during the off-season can indeed provide a more relaxed atmosphere and we are delighted that you enjoyed the variety of activities and facilities available.
I would like to take this opportunity to clarify the situation regarding the sauna. While it is indeed a textile-free area for health and hygiene reasons, guests are welcome to use 100% cotton towels, which can be rented at the Sunaria reception desk. Swimwear is often made from synthetic materials that may not only be unsuitable for high temperatures but could also cause discomfort or skin irritation.

I am very disappointed. The park cannot cope with the number of people it admits. There shall be evaluation of proper capacity and limitation on total quantity of people that can be in. Especially on weekends and during vacations period. It becomes dangerous those days. Last time I was there, in addition to huge crowds the pontoon lift was not working. You literally had to fight for pontoon (cause there were not enough of them and people simple hold them to use again and again). + everybody had to pull the pontoons upstairs, which was a disaster: the stairs are wet, crowds of people, pontoons do not let to see properly where you go, pushing from all sides. It was a high risk to brake a leg or neck even before you get to the 1st slide... And yes, you barely can get to 1 slide in 30 minutes. In the wave pool it was such a soup, that you couldn't avoid somebody touching you. I would not advice to go with children. You will be always alert of them getting lost in those crowds, children area is even more overcrowded. There is simply a very high risk of injury. And that's a pity, cause the idea and the selection of attractions is good.

Hi, I am planning to visit park with a 4 month baby. I would like to book cabana and spend time in there, so the baby could have rest time in quiet and peace. Is it possible? If no, where would you suggest to be with baby this age? We would like to quiet corner.
