Terrible experience, the cart broke down multiple times and completely ruined our visit. Management was not helpful at all and did not take accountability what so ever

Jamal is the the one to do business with...his staff will meet you with your cart at either the airport or water taxi and you complete the paperwork at his air conditioned office in minutes. Call ahead of time and he will have the most amazing sweet Kanefeh dessert and strong coffee ready for you upon arrival ( for a reasonable fee of course as he gets it delivered from renowned Chef Roger! )

I found those guys through a friend who has been coming to Belize for a long time he was speaking high on them so I had to experience for my self

I travelled down to San Pedro from San Ignacio in Cayo, Belize for a day trip on August 9th. Its not long. You catch the early morning bus at about 4:15am, reach Belize City by about 7 am and then make your way by either taxi or foot the mile or so to the San Pedro Belize Express Water Taxi that leaves on its first trip at 8am to the Cayes. The first hour of the beautiful ride you stop at Caye Caulker, then in the next half hour you arrive in San Pedro.
The J&H Golf Cart Rental is located very conveniently by a short walk along the beach to the left from where you arrive, go past Estel's Restaurant by the Sea and go up the lane to the corner of the Spindrift Hotel. Jamal or his brother Chris will link you up quickly with an excellent ride. They will point out how much gas is in the cart and you return it at the same level. A day of driving is just a few dollars of gas and day rentals around $45US. You are checked in literally in minutes. They are excellent at getting you on your way and exploring.
Most of the things I needed to get done were completed in a few hours but the day was great and one more day would be relaxing.
After returning the cart with very easy drop off right outside the office I walked next door and to the front desk of the Spindrift Hotel. A beautiful building, right in town and on the beach. As you enter the lobby it becomes more bright with the light and plants of the central atrium open to the clear blue sky. Checkin with Ms Yami is very friendly and welcoming and you are with key in hand walking up the lovely atrium with the sky above and unobstructed view to the sea ahead and to your room in a few minutes.
Many of the rooms with ocean view and balcony as an option and a very comfortable large bed. The Spindrift Hotel is central and within walking distance of the water taxi and some of the finest dining and shopping in San Pedro and just steps to the sea.
The sound of the waves on the shore, the wind and the sea breeze comforting during your sleep and a restful night. If you wish to sleep in make sure you pull your blinds as the sky will get light near 4:30am and the sunrise behind the spray off the reef, the spindrift, lit up like sparkling diamonds with the suns first rays, about an hour later.
Both J&H Golf Cart Rental at the Spindrift Hotel make visiting San Pedro easy and welcoming. I highly recommend both.

J&H grew was amazing they picked us up at the water taxi helped us with all our luggage they direct us to our place explainned how the cart works we got some tips from them where to go in the island the were amazing we will use them again soon highly recommend thanks guys

We can't say enough good things about this company! We were late getting in and they were right there waiting for us. Rental went quick and easy and the golf cart performed flawlessly with daily use for 7 straight days. The true customer service came when on our last day when we changed plans on them 3 different times and they never once complained or caused us any trouble. They rolled with every change and gave great service! If you're going to San Pedro do yourself a favor and check them out. We definitely would use them over and over again!

Got to San Pedro 3/18/23 rented a cart for 4 days from J&H. The cart was badly beat up, ran poorly (consistently backfiring), terrible suspension and extremely hard to steer. Brought it back but was told I could only exchange it if I wanted to pay for an upgrade.
Next morning it wouldn't start so I dropped the keys off and received a partial refund. Was told there was nothing they could do for the full tank of gas I put in.
So it cost me $65 for the rental and $45 in gas for an aft to secret beach.
Very poor customer service from Jamal. seemed like he couldn't care less.
With all the choices for rentals, this shouldn't be one of them.

I'm sorry about the experience you had with us i actually was out of the country for the past 3 weeks but i'm sorry about what happened
you had paid us for your 72 hours rental $135 USD and we were refunded $70 USD i'm sorry that wasn't fair on your end Jay hope we can make it up for you next time
