Notre chauffeur Rajiv a passé une journée au téléphone pour débloquer un problème de bagage avec l'aéroport de Kathmandu. D'une gentillesse exceptionnelle.

Outstanding 5-day vehicle rental experience in Nepal with Transport Hire Nepal. From booking to drop-off, everything was seamless. The vehicle was great condition and, and the rental company provided excellent customer service. We explored the stunning landscape and vibrant cities of Nepal with ease. We visited Kathmandu - Pokhara and Nagarkot. Highly recommended for a hassle-free adventures.

Terrible experience

I a car for the day for local sireseeing in Kathmandu. I travelled with my family that included by 80 year old mother who has had both her knees operated on.
We had a terrible driver ( Jiban) who kept us waiting for over 40 minutes when he came to pick us up
Additionally he was uncaring - dropped us off almost a km from the venue and expected my mother to walk there. He was rude when we requested to drop her closer and started screaming. Not only that, he spoke constantly on the phone whilst driving
All in all it was a terrible experience.

Fabulous short trip to Kathmandu!

Great experience with the private driver Adi, he was kind, patient and we felt safe with him! The tour company was easy to communicate with through email/WhatsApp and responded quickly! We only had 1 day in Kathmandu so the company recommend an itinerary that we highly enjoyed!

Bad quality car

Mr. Binod provided us with a Skoda Rapid that was in pretty bad shape. He outsources the car from other people as he had no idea about the quality of the car that would be provided.
The car did not start 1 morning and we had to wait for 1 hour for the driver to fix. Then on en-route from Kathmandu to Pokhara - the car's A/C stopped working. Overall a vacation spoiling experience.

We had a 4 days schedule with Binod ji
His team was simply fantabulous!

One of them left a phone at a restaurant, and we moved on, on the trip. And the restaurant person wasn't willing to give the phone back!
Binod ji personally went to the restaurant guy, convinced him, collected the phone from him, and came himself to deliver the phone at our next destination!

Simply amazing!

Really good transport service at the cheapest rates

I was travelling with a family of 6 people to Nepal and we wanted to pre-book a transport service even before we reached Nepal.
Honestly, searching for a cab service to take you around Kathmandu and Pokhara was quite difficult. But I came across a page on Trip Advisor which suggested the best transport service providers in Nepal.

Hence, I started getting in touch with all of them and Transport Hire Nepal was number one on the rank link. Binod who is the manager, took sometime to reply as compared to other agencies that I contacted but he was very prompt and sincere and quoted a very good price.

So we were travelling for 7 days in Nepal and we had very custom itenary, where we were roaming around kathmandu (Nagarkot, Bhaktapur, Chandragiri Hills etc) then a drop to Pokhara and sightseeing in Pokhara and multiple pick up and drops to the airport.

Most travel agencies quoted 40k+ but Bindod quoted around 33k and that was brilliant pricing.

Considering he was offering it a lot cheaper than most agencies, I was little skeptical about advance payment but he sent me an official link for payment, agreed to take lesser advance amount and collect the full amount after the entire trip.

We have had very good and bad experiences in Nepal and I must say TRANSPORT HIRE NEPAL IS VERY VERY RELIABLE.

Everytime I reached out before the trip they got back to me.

I was shown the exact car I would be using in Nepal and the driver always showed up on time.

They never tried to extract more money or irritated us when we changed itenary. They were always very understanding.

There was point where Binod had sent a wrong vehicle for a short trip and trust me when I say this, as soon as he realized he rectified it. This does not happen. (Please read my reviews on Zostel Pokhara) you will know what I am talking about.

But all in all, great travel service, good rates and prompt/reliable.

I would 100% recommend their services

A great experience

We’ve hired Binod for a 10 days vacation in Nepal. Binod was helpful since before we arrive, with the right advice and support for whatever we needed.
He assigned a driver called Laxuman, who is the most helpful person I’ve ever seen. We also got a good car for our big tour, that could support the road in Nepal and that is enough confortable and spacious.

On the other hand, we did 2 treks with Cobinda, a very knowledgeable and helpful guide in Pokhara area.

I would definitely recommend transport Hire and would use them in my next trip to Nepal again

KATHMANDU-POKHARA TRIP APRIL 2023

Upon our arrival in Kathmandu, we were warmly welcomed by our driver arranged by Mr Binod of Transport Hire Travel/Skyway Travels. We felt welcomed and with such a friendly atmosphere. The driver was extremely good and very flexible and for that, he deserves a special thanks. As he knew the place very well, our itinerary from Kathmandu-Pokhara-Kathmandu was planned very well. All the activities were informed to us beforehand and so we had plenty of time to complete and enjoy every one of them. We were given the most priority during our visit there. I’d definitely recommend Mr Binod's transport services for travellers visiting Nepal.
