Absolute You offers yoga, pilates and rhythm cycling. All are excellent, but I want to speak to my experience in their rhythm cycling classes. They are truly addictive! Flynn's classes are magical. Justin has great music and a welcoming personality. The facilities (I've been to three branches) are excellent, very clean. The instructors all are well-trained and pay close attention to the participants in classes, important to help prevent injury. Highly highly recommended.

I had an excellent time discovering yoga through 8 classes at the Chidlom branch (Amarin Plaza).
I like this place for the following reasons:
- Great teacher (Luke, Harrison and others)
- Clean premises (shower, mates, etc are cleaned frequently)
- Multiple type of yoga and classes duration (hot yoga, etc.)
And above all, excellent service and support. The support team in Line messenger was great helping me identify the right package that fits my needs.
Highly recommended!

I know my way around Bangkok fitness spots: I have been a member at six different clubs. I am now a full and loyal member of Absolute. They are the best in Bangkok:
-Very clean facilities! After the class, the cleaning staff will replace the yoga mats with fresh ones after they have thoroughly cleaned the rooms. Lockers and towels are impeccably clean as well. This is REALLY important, especially in a context of COVID 19....
-Great teachers: They push you...but help you too. Very professional. Classes are bilingual so no worries about not speaking Thai! Try to get a class with Luke, Big, Justin or Paul (or anyone, really) for yoga, or Rachael for pilates
-Great classes: Their spinning, yoga, and pilates classes are great. Very versatile. Challenging but fun. Don't worry if you are a beginner! You can go at your own pace and the teachers are very accommodating. The hot rooms are "hot!".
You might find a less expensive place than Absolute....but you won't a place that offers equal or better value

Bought 10xpilates classes package. Wasn't a good experience going to the foundation class. The teacher (don't remember the name... could be BB) went through the foundation class way too fast. Pretty bad attitude during the class. So I decided to join another class with a different teacher the next day which was fine. I wish they had teacher rating system on their app.
The space was nice and very clean though.

ข้าพเจ้าได้มีโอกาสมาเข้าเรียน คลาส"โยคะร้อน แบบฟูลเซ็ท"ครั้งละ 90นาทีของ Absolute Yoga จำนวนหลายครั้ง ข้าพเจ้าชื่นชอบครับ เหงื่อออกเยอะสุดๆ เหงื่อของข้าพเจ้า ออก มากกว่า การออกกำลังกาย ด้วยการ ฟิตเนส 2-3ชั่วโมงอีกครับ แต่ กล้ามเนื้อทุกๆส่วนของร่างกาย กลับมีความรู้สึกว่าผ่อนคลายมากๆครับ ข้าพเจ้า ติดใจเพิ่มขึ้นเรื่อยๆครับ ข้าพเจ้าได้มีโอกาสเข้าคลาส เรียนที่ Fitness First Platinum Landmark เล่นแบบตัวต่อตัว 2 ชั่วโมง อันนั้นก็จะได้พื้นฐานที่ถูกต้อง แต่ครั้งนี้เป็นการเข้า คลาสรวม โดยอาจารย์ที่สอนโยคะ จะเป็น ชาวต่างชาติ และ อาจารย์คนไทยที่สื่อสาร ภาษาอังกฤษเก่งมากครับ เป็นการสอนโยคะ ระดับอินเตอร์ มีความเป็น Professional ที่เพิ่มขึ้นครับ จึงทำให้มี ชาวต่างชาติ มาเรียนกันค่อนข้างเยอะครับ อาจารย์ใจดี ท่านคอยชี้แนะ การจัดท่าที่ถูกต้องให้ครับ ในห้องคลาสต่างๆ เค้าไม่อนุญาต ให้ถ่ายรูปครับ เพราะเค้าอยากให้นักเรียน ทุกๆคนที่เข้าเรียน มีสมาธิจดจ่อ อยู่กับการสอนของอาจารย์และไม่เป็นการละเมิดสิทธิส่วนบุคคลของท่านอื่นๆครับ ข้าพเจ้าจึง ถ่ายรูป บรรยากาศบริเวณพื้นที่โดยรอบมาได้เพียงบางส่วนเท่านั้นครับ ภายในบริเวณพื้นที่ส่วนกลางจะมี มุมขายเสื้อผ้า แบรนด์ ของ Absolute Yoga และพื้นที่ติดกันก็จะเป็นพื้นที่จำหน่ายอาหารเพื่อสุขภาพ,อาหารคลีน จำหน่ายครับ มีโต๊ะให้นั่งกินได้ครับ ประโยชน์ที่ข้าพเจ้า ได้รับ จากการเรียนโยคะ ในท่าที่ถูกต้องแล้วนำกลับมาปฏิบัติเองอย่างสม่ำเสมอ คือ ปกติ เวลา ที่ข้าพเจ้า ว่ายน้ำ หูจะมีอาการ "อื้อ" เป็นระยะเวลานาน หลายชั่วโมง ครับ กว่า อาการ จะหาย ครับ หลังจากที่ข้าพเจ้าได้มีการ ทำ"โยคะ" อย่างสม่ำเสมอและต่อเนื่อง อาการเหล่านั้นก็หายเป็นปลิดทิ้ง ,อาการปวดหลัง มาก จน คุณหมอ ที่เชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะทาง บอกว่า อาจจะต้องผ่าตัด แต่หลังจากที่ข้าพเจ้าได้ ฝึกโยคะ อย่างต่อเนื่อง อาการปวดหลังก็ดีขึ้นเป็นลำดับจนตอนนี้ อาการที่เกี่ยวกับการปวดหลัง ก็ หาย แทบจะ 100% ครับ ,ข้าพเจ้า เป็นคน นอนหลับค่อนข้างยากมาก ตอนใช้เวลาอย่างน้อย 45นาที ขึ้นไป ถึงจะหลับ สนิท แต่ ปัจจุบันนี้ ใช้เวลาเพียงแค่ ไม่เกิน 5 นาที ก็ สามารถหลับสนิท นอนได้เต็มอิ่มครับ นี่คือประโยชน์เบื้องต้นที่ข้าพเจ้าได้รับ จาก การ ทำโยคะ อย่างสม่ำเสมอครับ

Visited for a class via classpass -one of the teachers was unfriendly, rude and very mean. Also the teacher kept teaching in thai with knowing that there were participants with no thai knowledge. Was ALSO asked to buy socks worth THB590 in the middle of the class!!

I was in Bangkok for a few weeks so decided to take a 10 class yoga package at Absolute You in their Ladprao studio. The package only lasts for 4 weeks, however, I unfortunately was sick during the fourth week so I contacted the manager to request a one week extension as I still had unused classes. I also offered if necessary to provide a doctor's note as proof of illness. Her response (eventually after I called the studio 3 times and even went there in person) was that her 'boss' said they couldn't extend my package, despite my knowing that they could do whatever they wanted! So I was unable to use up the final classes that expired. Ridiculously had I been selfish enough to turn up coughing, sneezing and infecting other students with my germs that apparently would have been ok, but as a yoga teacher myself I would not do that and hence was penalized by their complete lack of sensitivity and compassion combined with their greed. In summary, despite the decent facilities and some nice instructors, I will never go back to this company's studios as the management clearly do not exemplify the qualities of yoga, and I guess are simply greedy business people who are arrogant enough to not care about losing a potential new member.
Verdict: stay away and find a decent yoga studio with yogic values.

スクンビット店が移転し、エクスチェンジタワー店として、さらにアソーク駅近くにNew Open。便利になり、楽しみにしていました。
私はヨガのみの利用ですが、さらにスペースも広くなり、ヨガ以外のクラスも充実しているようです。しかし、シャワールームも増えたのは良いのですが、水はけが悪く、シャワーを使い終わった頃には、足元がくるぶしまで水に浸かるほど。どのシャワールームでもそうでした。新しいのに勿体ない設計ミス。
ホットヨガも、広すぎてなのかスタジオ内の空調の調整が悪く、ホットとは言えない感じで残念です。
以前のスクンビット店の方が良かったです。
これからは、アマリンプラザかシーロム店を利用したいと思います。

Not sure how Candy (the Yoga teacher) got her job at Absolute Yoga, but her skills at teaching Vinyasa are terrible. She speaks 100 miles an hour as if we are on a time schedule to complete a 90 minute yoga class, in 10 minutes. I've been doing Yoga for 27 years now, trained under Baron Baptiste, Rodney Yee, etc. in the US. Vinyasa is a flow regimented yoga routine, which you hold poses for a few seconds, not a half a second each and then jump to the next pose as Candy doesn't even breath while she barks out the next pose within 1 second of each other. Granted she is "trying" to speak English and Thai at the same time, but if she would just cut out all the extra talking and focus on telling the students what the next pose is, and slow down a bit, maybe the students could actually get into the next pose without hurting themselves. Yeah, this isn't the US, nor India were you can find good instrutors, but to say you are a premier Yoga Studio and have teachers like Candy, is bad marketing. Better off watching the 100's of free yoga videos online, and doing it from your own home, than dealing with someone as unprofessional as Candy for a teacher.
