年末年始にバンコクに行く予定でサンプラン動物園ツアーを申し込み1000バーツ！払いました。
その後日程の変更をしようとしても、申し込み時のホームページ？は無くなり、キャンセルの連絡をメールでしても全く返事もありません。ここの評価を見て1000バーツのみの損失で済んだと思い諦めることとしました。

We booked the temples tour and paid 1000 bhat deposit. Day of the driver does not show. After waiting an hour we final get someone on the phone. Who says “ problem with the driver these things happens nothing we can do. “Not even an apology! I demanded a refund but have still yet to receive it and they ignore my emails. Phone number on the website isn’t even correct. Fraud ! Don’t use ! They are lying and stealing

I took the tour half way in the morning. First off all the driver Top did not step out of the car. We had to walk 20 min each way from Wat Pho to Grand palace in the sun as he was insisting he will park in the Wat Pho parking lot. Lastly when we returned to the parking lot of Wat Pho he had already left without contacting us. W had to take a Tuk Tuk back to the hotel. I could have done better than this in a third of the cost it costed for the tour. All the tour company did was to drive us to the temples and that was poorly coordinated as well.

Please do not exaggerate !!! You were dropped maybe 2 minutes walk from the Palace entrance because of traffic gridlock and our driver asked you to return to meet him after the 2 hours agreed.
3 hours 30 mins later you had still not returned and did not respond to calls, so our driver had no choice but to leave.

First of all. I think terrible is so kind of a word for this "Tour" provider as they call themselves.
For 3990 Baht, it says on their sales page that it is a "Sampran Elephant Tour". If you aren't careful enough you may not see that the Entrance fee to the Sampran Zoo is not included. Yes we didn't noticed that but of course that is not where this rant is coming from.
Ok. So as they gave us a pickup time of 12:30PM. The driver arrived 1:00PM at our hotel due to traffic they say. Our driver dropped us to Sampran Zoo 2:++PM, gave us the time when he will be back. That's it. End of the 3990 baht tour.
So the 3990 baht TOUR fee is just for transfer and nothing else!? You can GRAB even a premium car for less than 500 baht. No tour guide. We were left alone to figure out how to do the tour whereas we cannot speak thai.
Next rant. We left 1:00PM. We arrived 2:10-2:15 PM. The croc show started 2:30 followed by magic show and elephant show that ended at 5:00PM. After the consecutive shows, we decided to ride the elephants and feed the tiger cubs. AND THEY WERE ALREADY CLOSED!!! How smart of a tour provider! We were not able to ride the elephants which is exactly why we came to Thailand for.
Last rant. Ok. So lets just say 3990 baht. High end customer service model as the price may say,, but is it? We decided that instead of going back to hotel, since we didn't enjoyed, what if drop us to Chatuchak instead? Just a few kMs away. And so we asked. And we got the best reply "since it is far, you will pay more". We were shocked, disappointed and angry.
We wasted our hard earned money. We wasted our time. We wasted our chance to enjoy what we came for. We don't want this to happen to you.
We are continually mailing them and of course there are no replies.
We demanded a full refund since we believe this is fraudulent. It is definitely NOT a tour package. Of course since we are already paid, There is no response and we think there will never be ever.

My husband and I are in Bangkok on our honeymoon and booked a private tour with this company. The driver was lovely and picked us up on time. However, when we arrived at the Grand Palace it was closed. The driver dropped us off before we knew this and picked us up an hour later.
I emailed the company to let them know we were a bit disappointed that we missed out on this and I got a very rude reply telling me that the grand palace was not closed even though I have a photo of the sign telling me it was and was then told by the company it was because we were inappropriately dressed and should had read the dress code before. My husband and I both had on long trousers and tops and are completely aware of the dress code upon visiting religious temples.
I don't normally complain but was very upset with the company's response and wanted to share.

As my friends will head to Cambodia, I and my family spent another great day exploring Bangkok. We pick Thailand Tourist Services and they operate our trip just within 1 day. The tourist guide didn't speak very good english but he's funny and very smart. He showed us local life and histories during the great tour. The transfer was cool with lovely designs. The lunch is delicious and bit spicy. We ended the tour with 50$ tip for the guide.

Having used the sister company for transfers on many occasions, we asked Thailand Tourist Services to organise a couple of day trips for us.
The service was impeccable and a last minute change of plan (ours), was dealt with professionally.
Very highly recommended

We used Thailand Tourist Service-Day Tour for two days. We got very great experience from tour guide they so friendly and kindness.
We did learned lots about local life and histories and modern life so great tour.

We did the Grand Palace and Temples tour of Bangkok with this private taxi tour guide and that went really well. We appreciated it very much that we did not get taken to a whole bunch of stuff where you feel obliged to buy something!
