This was the first time that we tried Let’s Relax Central Embassy. Impressed with the set up but lack service and massage treatment.
It started with the lady behind the counter. Service without a smile policy. We had a couple massage but one of the masseur was missing. The only masseur present has to rush washing our feet. Then the other masseur showed up. They took us to our room and left us to change without much introduction. After changing, we sat for awhile before I went out of our room to let them know we are ready. Both of them were missing. They came back after a few minutes.
To sum it all up, if the massage was really good, we might overlook the delay of our treatment. Both of our massage was mediocre at best. It was disappointing. Will stick with health land.

グランドセンターポイント55に宿泊していたので利用しました。
夜行って人は10人ほどでしたのでゆっくりは出来ました。
ロッカーが上段にしてくれるのはいいのでず、横並びにされて着替えが窮屈でした。せめてひとつ空けてくらいの気遣いは欲しいところ。
宿泊者割引は無くなったとのこと。
750バーツとまあまあ高いです。
これならパンピユーリのスパに行った方が良いです。

I’m a doctor and I know about human anatomy everything. The massage in this saloon was very bad. Masters were not understand what they do. They don’t have technique, they don’t know muscles. Next day I feel wrong.

It was a very good expérience with them. A peaceful moment in a warm place. The masseuse was gentle and very professional. The place is warm. A suspended moment that I will recommend to all without any hesitation. It has nothing to do with street massages. We are well treated.

I’ve been use Let’s Relax Spa so many times at many branches but today I feel very bad with Let’s Relax Spa system. First I tried to book at Central World branch but they said it full booked for all day and they will call me if there is any available time but they didn’t call. When I went to Central World to ask my waitlist, they cannot found my booking so it mean that they didn’t record my request. I think it’s not full booked but they keep available time for walk in foreigner not for Thai.
Then i went to Ekamai branch for foot massage 1 hour but my husband massage Thai massage for 2 hours. After I finish my massage I request them to still sit on the chair for my relax and to wait my husband another 1 hour. But they said today is full booked and there’re lot of guest coming in next 1 hour. They ask me to sit outside instead where is not comfortable for me. By the way, there’re few guests coming although 1 hour pass. The chair still available more than 5 chairs!!! I think Let’s Relax staffs didn’t think so much on customer’s mind. The service still different from another brand in Thailand.

Unwelcoming customer service driven by an obstinate nature. Nothing has changed after more than 2 years since my last poor experience with Let’s Relax Spa, Bangkok.
We went online and booked in advance a 60-minute foot reflexology and 30-minute head and shoulder massage session, paid in full. Arriving an hour early, we were surprised to find the entire outlet empty. But then again, this fairly new Let’s Relax Spa branch is comfortably nestled in the top floor corner of The Market at Ratchadamri Road, a 3 to 4-year old shopping mall that is unfortunate to be experiencing a post-pandemic commercial comatose.
Since we arrived early, we asked if we could bring forward our booking by an hour. They agreed. I informed the counter staff that I had experienced a slipped-disc injury two days before and was reluctant to proceed with the head and shoulder massage - this particular massage would require me to sit in a back and shoulder massage chair, a position that could aggravate the injury.
I requested to have a full 90-minute foot massage instead, also stating my willingness to pay for any inconvenience. Their reply was: sorry, the computer does not allow it.
When I insisted that they tried their best, their reply was: their masseuse was unable do a 90-minute foot reflexology massage.
When their supervisor arrived, she went on to explain that proceeding with a session without the 30-minute head and shoulder massage would mean I’d have that session forfeited (no refund). Cornered into this agreement by terms and conditions I never took the time to read on the Let’s Relax website, I decided to stick with just the 60-minute foot reflexology. Noticing that I was upset, they decided to proceed with the 90-minute foot reflexology, but of course making it seem like they were doing me a great favour. After waiting for a minute, they ushered us to have our feet cleaned before leading us to a fairly large but empty foot reflexology room.
The nuisance of having this chronic injury meant I had another request to make: to be seated up straight in the massage relax-chair, not slouched in a stretched position; to which they said was impossible. Their reason being: it is impossible to massage my feet if I am sitting straight up in a chair, “un-slouched”. (I paraphrase; unable to speak the language, communicating with them took many hand gestures.).
My question is, why can’t I just rest my legs on a separate leg rest, and have my feet massaged? Why is it such a nuisance for the masseuse at Let’s Relax? This is the second time I am experiencing this over more than two years with Let’s Relax. It makes me feel as though they are paying me to patronise their spa.
The supervisor was called in and she went on to explain to the masseuse that I was experiencing a lower-back pain (slipped-disc) and could not be sat in a slouched position.
(This surprised me…so the masseuse who doesn’t speak a word of English wasn’t informed about my back problem, before our session? They left me to communicate this problem with her in English? What else did they have to do in a completely empty spa on a rainy Tuesday afternoon?)
After speaking with her supervisor, the masseuse refused to proceed with the massage if I could not be stretched or slouched out in the chair.
This led me to believe that only if you agree to how things are done at Let’s Relax, you will never get to experience their massage services that the entire world happens to be raving about.
And so I left the spa. No apology was made. No refund made. No time taken to understand where I was coming from. The supervisor spoke perfect English by the way. Not a chance to see if we could meet each other halfway. Just sheer undying dedication toward their unyielding Let’s Relax culture. The impression I get from them is…”We are successful, so why should we take s##t from you?”
After two tries with Let’s Relax, I have decided to give up.
A friend later told me that she had experienced a fairly similar problem with Let’s Relax. She did mention that there are other spa services in Bangkok that provide better customer service and good massages. Almost immediately after talking to her I chanced upon another Spa that is NOT a Let’s Relax branch, at Central World Bangkok. They were willing to provide a better service. They understood what I needed and took the time to explain it to their masseuse. I am currently experiencing a 60-minute foot reflexology session, without needing to be stretched-out slouching on their massage chair. How hard was that?
Many would disagree with me but imagine if you were in my shoes, having already paid for a message session way in advance, and was unfortunate to experience a slight mishap but didn’t want the session to go to waste, yet ended up dealing with unyielding professionals in well-ironed Let’s Relax Spa uniforms. Now, what would you do if this was your second encounter?
Well, shame on me for giving them a second chance.

Bangkok is filled with nice SPA. This one is over rated and over priced.
Don't use klook to book massage. It saves a few cents, a lots of trouble in planning and booking. And after sale service is terrible.

Spend 1200 thail baht for a 2 hours thail traditional massage but was a worse experience ever at siam square. The masseuses masssage was so gentle and soft and even she fall asleep during the 2 hours massage period. Her hand was not even moving at all! Expensive and waste of time trying this massage brand.
