Dear Valued Customer, It was quite concerning for me learn that you were not satisfied with our service on your recent visit to my Spa. Allow me to start by saying that i do not remember you coming to have a massage here. As the owner, i would have appreciated knowing what was wrong with the service and to be given the opportunity to rectify the problem at that moment either by changing your massage and/or therapist as well, i would have been happy to do that for any customers. Your review honestly sounds strange because you complained the service at desk (you said it’s difficult to take a booking and no service by phone) and then you mentioned the massage was no good too, so that mean you did make the reservation anyway and you also enjoyed the massage. We have no complain since we reopened the spa after the Covid lock down so to be honest to comment your review I’d like to have more specific details like day and time of your appointment so we could track the name of the therapist who did this bad service to you and then K.Joy (my manager in charge, the person who pick up the phone) and me will investigate about your problem. To be honest your review is also make me feel a little bit uncomfortable because with no specific details you just you said “some” of therapists are no good so that’s mean that you come at my spa few times already so as a regular customer why you did not inform us at desk about all your problems before jump on TA to enjoy to write a bad review (what kind of interest you have to do that when you can report this problem directly to us and get your apologies with a complimentary service???) Let me assure you that our service is very good (this is the feedback of all our regular customers) it's a delicate part of our business and we do our best to try and please every customers. Then I saw that you rate 5 star my competitor next door, that one who always try to play dirty game with “fake” review to me (I knew they did few times) and they hope to damage my reputation(just 2 weeks ago 1 guy come to my spa from that place to ask promotions and details and copy our strategy infarct after few days they are running the some campaign with just more discount on our price!) I’ll investigate about this review and I’ll take a legal action if you and/or that spa are working in this way. Then I reported many times this problem to TA but unfortunately I didn’t get any protections yet. If TA is unable to guaranty the quality of the review (between the real and the fake review) will be very difficult to provide the genuine information to the next customers. My personal comment is i do understand this time, during Covid restriction, every business are running slow but i'd like to invite all my competitors to try to go on with honestly and professionalism,all quality of respectable company!
