We travelled in Vietnam for 3 weeks and thanks to Footstep Travel had a relaxing holiday and visited all the places we had hoped to see. What made this holiday so relaxing was that Hung listened to what we wanted and then with his experience and understanding of Vietnam planned, booked and oversaw our dream holiday. This took a lot of stress off us and allowed us to use our time in Vietnam to enjoy ourselves and not have to worry about how we got from one place to another or what hotel should we use?
Hung and his team in Vietnam monitored the progress of our holiday and were very helpful, even when unexpected events occured. The Footsteps travel team in Vietnam were excellent. Our drivers kept us safe and comfortable moving around Vietnam. Always punctual, helpful with our luggage and pleasant. The guides were friendly, informed and spoke very good english. We learnt much from our guides about the places we visited and they were always looking out for our comfort and safety.
We requested 3-4 star accommodation and the hotels we were booked into were excellent. Our favourite was the Garden Hotel in Hoian with its french colonial architecture, beautiful pool and gardens and friendly staff.
Our holiday in Vietnam was so good we will be returning to Vietnam and with the help of Hung have another amazing holiday. This time we will include Cambodia.

Great work from the team. Highly recommend using thrir services. Everything was great. My family loved it.
If yoi are going to Vietnam they look after rverything for you. From start yo finnish. The petsonal guides in each location gave great service.

Hung was our Aussie/ Vietnamese travel agent . His motto was just have fun and leave the hassles to me.
He was brilliant.
Hung designed an individual tour for us and then had to completely rearrange the timing of our the tour due to Covid.
Being of Vietnamese origin, Hung knew Vietnam like no foreigner could. As an Australian resident, his grasp of english meant he knew exactly what we wanted. His capacity to respond when travel problems meant the two week holiday was perfect.
As for his pricing, we could not have done better and I did try

The 10 day travel trip organised by Footsteps Travel was fantastic. An well organized trip with good destinations suggested from Ha Noi, Sa Pa, Ha Long Bay, Hoi An, and Ho Chi Minh City and the types of tours.
All the hotels were off great expected quality, of 3 stars or higher. The transits between connections to tours and hotels, were always ontime, clean new cars and safe driving.
The all the 6 tours organized from walking in Sa pa through the tiered rice fields to9 a 5 star boat cruise around Ha Long Bay, and visiting the local communities of the Mekong Delta, they were all fantastic. All english speaking and extremely friendly guides.
Thanks for a great adventure.
I will be definitely using Footsteps Travel again for my next Adventure through south east Asia.

I had one weeks vacation in Vietnam with my friends we want to discover how beautiful the places that they promoted. one of my friend recomnended Footstep travel to plan and organized our trip but ofcourse we dont want a hussle so we decided to call and email them good thing they have great package tour for affordable price so we decided to let them organized or trip. We enjoyed in hanoi we met many local people and we ate different kinds of foods. But i cant wait to see my favorite golden hands the golden bridge. Finally we reach there and it was so amazing the tour guide was very kind and communicative she fave all the information about Banna hills and Danang . We had whole day tour just to explore banna hills.. I cant say more about our trip it was so fantastic. Thank you footstep for the great service and we highly recommend your Travel Company.

We used footsteps travel for our Vietnam holiday and I have to say that it’s one of the best holiday we’ve ever had. Everything just went smoothly with no hassles at all. From the moment our car pick, hotel accomodation check-in, restaurant food tour and tour of the old town. Especially when you have young children our holiday was amazing.

Exceptional guides and a caring host. We had the best trip in Halong Bay, from start to finish thank you to Footstep Travel for organized our tour, the pick up was on time and we had a smooth journey up to halong, the tour guide communicated well and provided us with some very useful insights, Overall our tour was great, Would 100% recommend Footstep travel to anyone who is visiting to Hanoi and Halong Bay.

We came to Hanoi for a few days with plans on visiting Halong Bay during that time we booked to foitstep travelthe staff was very helpful we are well informed about the tours we are provided clearly and exactly information and specially they gave us a very reasonable price further more we have strong impression with staff very helpful and accommodating dont hesitate to choose footstep travel as this is very reliable company .. highly recommended ..
