Great private tour for 2. Hanoi, Halong cruise, Hoi An, Phu Quoc and Saigon. Flawless communication throughout. I arranged some accommodation, they did some, as well as arranging all the transfers and tours. Accommodated my request for late starts each day of touring, which was a huge deal for us. Safe, comfortable cars and knowledgeable guides, all of whom spoke excellent English. Vietnam is charming and far exceeded our expectations, in large part because of the terrific tour put together by Hoi An Express. Highly recommended.

Requested for a tailor made private tour for a group of 4. The tour guide was very experience and had given us a lot of information on the places which we visited. The driver was very punctual in picking us.

I have booked with Hoi An Express 3 times this year, for my family trip to central of Vietnam. We really appreciate their taking care of all of my trip from the first day we came until the farewell day. We always have received the best recommend how to make my trip more convenient. I think that is why I have back with them for the third time and more, of course.

Was oddly slightly a hassle attempting to locate my driver coming out of the small and non-busy airport. Once in the vehicle I had a smooth semi-long ride to Dalat city central. The driver was very considerate of the volume and turns given that it was a later departure. Also a very neat and clean vehicle. Thank you!

The tour was exhaustive and covered the best tourist locations. Flavour of local food was given in most locations. The pik up and drops were on time and all involved were very polite and helpful.

For the 3-star hotel tour and 4-star hotel tour, it will be different between the accomodation you book. 4-star hotel will get higher quality than 3-star hotel

Hi there,
My husband and I are very interested in purchasing the 10 day South to North Vietnam tour via Scoopon with Hoi An Express.
In February, I emailed Hoi An Express with a few questions and have not received a reply. I again emailed 10 days ago- no reply. I then sent two more emails to two different Hoi An Express email addresses last week- nothing. Can anyone tell me what is going on? Is this a legitimate tour?
I also emailed Scoopon who promptly answered my questions to the best of their ability, and I have just replied asking what their customer feedback is like from this deal.
We were so excited to book this trip but it's not looking promising! Has anyone had similar issues?
Any responses would be very much appreciated!

We have just completed this tour 2 weeks ago. We purchased the tour from Groupon which I am sure is aligned with Scoopon. Groupon said we must book 30 days in advance we stuffed up, we only had 2 weeks. On emailing Hoi An Express with our request they replied promptly with a yes we can help. Everything was handled very professionally and we had the best 10 days with great guides, wonderful accommodation and food and company with our fellow guest s whom all enjoyed the hospitality of Hoi An Express. The guides were amazing in here knowledge, hospitality and friendliness. Don't hesitate to book if you can contact them. Perhaps you have the wrong contact details . .

We have booked a south to North tour and are flying into Hoi Chi Minh City on Tuesday July 11th from Australia. In our itinerary it states that someone will help us with our visa when we arrive. How does this work as I thought we will not see a representative from you company until we are through customs?

When we arrived and got off the plane we walked into the visa / customs area. Our HE representative was waiting for us and pulled us aside to collect our passports and the visa fees $50USD ( for 2) He then asked us to sit down while he organised the visas. There was a massive queue of people doing their own but he walked right up to the front of the line to start the process. About 10 minutes later he returned with our passports and visas and directed us to get in the line to go through customs. We didn't see him again and after passing through customs we went downstairs and collected our luggage and exited the arrivals area where another HE representative a nice young lady was waiting with our names on a sign. It was pretty straight forward 👍😀

Hi, we are cruising to Ho Chi Minh City May 2018, staying over night and planning on doing 2 private tours. I have a 6 foot 3 hubby and wondering how much room is there to get around in the tunnels? Thanks

Your husband will definitely get in the tunnels. Even the one you drop down into and put the lid on top. My husband is 6ft and broad and couldn't believe he fitted in the hole. (Diagonally and with arms up!) The stretch of tunnel you can go along will be uncomfortable for him if he crouches perhaps but he can crawl through easily. Do not miss it.

- We have starting day: 07 Oct 2017. You could have 1 free day prior to starting day.
- We will pick you u at 03:00am and transfer to your hotel. That means you have to pay 2 nights free prior to starting day.
- Regarding VISA, once you provide air tickets and Scan of Passports, we will submit Pre-Approval letter (1 month - single entry) for you.
