Ganzo is de head of this agency. We rented cars & drivers. He did what he promised. You have to discuss every detail of your itenary. We did not mention in detail we would go to Khongoryn Els and had to pay extra for fuel and driver.
He arranged for us our luggage problem. The luggage came not from Brussels via Moscow to UB and Ganzo delivered our luggage 2 days later in Dalangadzad. We were very (!!!) happy with this (we payed extra 40 US$).
The cars for South Mongolia were 4x4 cars ( 2 cars for 8 px): perfect. We had a few breakdowns but Tim, one of the drivers was a experienced mecanic.
The car for North Mongolia was, first a non comfortabel but big van, then a comfortabel but to small van for 8+luggage. Ganzo gave us a extra Toyota Prius with driver for the transport of the luggage (no extra costs).
Some of the drivers did not speak English, but they phoned with Ganzo and so we had contact with our drivers.
Ganzo made also reservations for some gercamps we could not reach ourselves.
So: make good arrangements with Ganzo. He his a flexible person if you have a problem.

I went on this trip as a solo female traveller, and I had a wonderful experience (I had read on other reviews that travelling solo as female might be challenging). The tour included visits to several national parks and temples, staying in yurts and riding horses. One of the highlights of the trip was to climb a mountain with the guide to come close with the wild horses of Mongolia! Truly one of the best experiences I had!
Because I was travelling alone staying at the yurt could be somewhat boring for too long. Therefore, I was glad that the guide suggested that we changed the itinerary so that we did both activities for day 2 and 3 on day 2. This gave me more time to explore the Ulaanbaatar on day 3 which I really appreciated. The nomadic family that I visited was super sweet and I "helped" the man of the family gather the horses while riding. In the programme it was supposed to be more activities, but due to change of itinerary there was no time (which I did not mind at all!). The guide was very sweet, but lacked some knowledge that I would assume a guide would know. However, when he did not know the answer he always asked around in order to answer me.
All in all very happy with the tour and I would gladly recommend this to other travellers!

My wife and I did an eight-day tour throughout Gobi, flying into Dalanzadgad, then heading to Hongor dune, and then making our way to Flaming Cliffs, Monastery , kharkhorin, the hot spring , Hustai wild horse, Marrakech, before flying back from Ulaanbaatar.
We traveled with Khasaa the entire time, who was the perfect guide. Bayaraa was a very safe driver and always on time. And he also paid attention to every detail, whether it was carrying hand sanitizer and tissues or helping us with our bags. Khasaa also answered all of our many questions about Mongolia and gave us a local’s perspective on the culture, religion, family life and food.
The trip was extremely well-organized for us, with all TGM booked, and day-to-day tours and trips planned.
I couldn’t recommend Travel Gobi Mongolia, and specifically Khasaa, more highly

My name ist Snieder Hans. I went to Mongolei in last March alone. I am photographer & tried to shoot winter forest photo of Mongolei. I contacted with Ganzo who is owner of this company. He responded me very quickly & offered me a real good price. We went to East part of Ulaanbaatar for explore Khentyi mountains. We had fantastic russland van which was stronv enough to go in the snow. We drove on the ice river & reached in Asralt Khairkhan Mountain. We organised outside sleep & TGM provided full winter camping gears. I had warm nice sleep. Next day we climbed up to the mountain & shoot many fabulous pictures. We saw wolf & other predators. That was a fantastic tour. I will highly recommend them to other. Thank you team. Danke!!

ฉันและ เพื่อนสนิท3คน ในวันหยุดเรา มาหาประสบการณ์ ชีวิตในประเทศ มองโกเลีย เราได้เห็น อะไรแปลกๆๆใหม่ๆ ที่เมืองไทย ไม่มี เราได้เห็น ทุ่งหญ้าอัน กว้างใหญ่ มากๆๆ ธรรมชาติ วัฒนธรรม อาหาร พื้นเมือง อร่อยดี และได้เห็น ทะเลทราย ที่สวยงาม มากๆๆ ไม่สามารถ เห็นใน เมืองไทยได้ช่วงเวลา กลางคืน อากาศ สบาย ช่วง เมษายน จะเย็น ไม่หนาว มาก เราโชคดี ได้ไกด์ ที่ มีประสบการณ์ และสามารถพูดภาษาอังกฤษ กับเรา ได้ดี มาก เพราะคนส่วนใหญ่ คนที่นี่ ไม่สามารถ พูด ภาษาอังกฤษได้ไกด์ganzo ดูแล เราและเพื่อน ตลอดการเดินทาง และอธิบายสถานที่ ต่างๆๆ ให้เราเข้าใจ ความเป็นอยู่ วัฒนธรรม ประเพณี ของ มองโกเลีย ไม่ผิดหวังเลยที่เรา มากันในครั้งนี้ สวยงามและตื่นเต้น ตลอดการ เดินทางขอบคุณไกด์ ที่ดูแลเรา เป็นอย่างดี ขอบคุณธรรมชาติ เราและเพื่อนๆๆ สนุกมาก

Our family of four did the Gobi trip last summer and was a great experience. Lots to see and do and quite energetic. We enjoyed the sunrise in the desert, camel, amazing beauty of the landscape and the nomadic culture.
Our guide, Gerelee and the driver made sure everything went smoothly and we all had an awesome time. The accommodation was good, the schedule interesting and the options excellent.
My two kids (5 and 8 years old) were loved the trip so much and are asking to go back
I’d highly recommend Travel Gobi Mongolia.

I travelled with a girlfriend of mine for 7 days in Mongolia, starting in Ulanbator and ending in Karakorin. While we wanted to mainly backpack on our own through the Country, we were very happy to have made the decision book a 4-day tour with Travel Gobi Mongolia Company. Having made a lot of research, I found that TGM were the most receptive to my emails. They required a 100Euro deposit through online payment and the transfer went without problem. Baatka (our driver) picked us up promptly at 8am in Dalanzadad and made all the stops promised (and more) along the way. Because he is at our full disposition, we were able to ask him to make specific stops (such as stopping in non-touristy super market to stock up on drinks, or stopping for a special picture, etc). The guide Gereled was very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and talked about his life, his childhood as well as Mongolian culture and history in general. The camels were wonderful and the desert views were very nice. We sand-surfed, had tea, dinner and they even played music for us. We proceeded to sleep under the stars in the middle of the desert (the tents were there, but the weather was nice and fresh, so we slept outside). We woke up before the sunrise and walked up the biggest dune to see the sunrise before returning to our hotel to get our bags and take a shower. All the meals included were great; and the ones that weren't included (lunches), we could ask our driver to stop somewhere else, if we didn't like what they had. Baatka is an excellent, careful, good driver with lots of charisma. It includes A LOT of driving but it is absolutely worth every penny and the car is new and comfortable. I would recommend this tour to anyone.

We traveled with a coo nk, gan interpretor/guide, driver in a Soviet Jeep.
We stayed with strangers and friends in their gers (think yurts), or camped in tent.
We flew to Bejign, China, then to the Mongolian capital Ulaan Batar. A day flew west to Ulgi. Here we hiked in the snow for 2 days but could not summit due to weather
We travelled the northwest always stopping at the last stream or river for our water.
Next we rode horseback into the mountains to find the Raindeer people who are Shamanists. We stayed withe head Samsn in their teepees and witnessed a fertility ritualistic dance for a young couple. After our visit withe reindeer people we travelled to see the Golden Eagle festival and we stayed with Eagle hunters for the festival.
This was my highlight as it goes back in time a thousand years-very cool stuff.
We were invited to a performance by a well known “throat singer” also very cool. We travelled through the Gobi desert staying in gers of the most hospitable people on the earth or camped beneath the stars, end at the great sand dunes of the Gobi, some 275 meters high. Many more adventures were had along the way but a trip out of time in its’ authenticity. Truly a land man lives as he has for thousands of years, except for the capital. A real living in the moment trip!!
