It was a great pain to meet this company on its way through life. My husband and I went on the long-awaited wedding trip I had been waiting for!
We NATURALLY planned a trip to the canyon together, no other people were out of the question! Everywhere it was written “private” and that it would be the two of us.
In the end, some aggressive man arrives and there's a woman sitting in the front seat. We're in shock. The driver is trying to make fools of us by imposing that private is his group😹 only it is not clear when some woman I don't know became my group on my WEDDING JOURNEY!!!!!!!!
Thank God viator gave us our money back, even though this inadequacy tried to cheat them! I am absolutely shocked how such vain sex offspring wear planet earth!

The guide (who said he is the owner) Mohammad Ahmad scams people. We booked a private tour. At first he messaged me the day saying we need to pay extra for entrance to the sites though it was clearly included in the price. And in the morning he came with another extra person in the car (who also thought she has a private tour before) He simply fools people selling group tour at a price of private tour and trying to get extra money for entering sights if they are not attentive enough. Pls avoid at all cost.

The day trip was not a guided tour, but the transport service was impeccable. The sights themselves were exciting and interesting. It should be noted that if you book the option with a stay at the Dead Sea, the entrance fees are not included.

Thank you very much for your review, but I want to Clearfield a point, we mentioned in the tour details that the tour doesn't include guided service than in Baptism, but you can hire a local guide if you interest .

We booked the Mt Nebo /Madaba and Maain hot springs tour .But Hot springs was dropped which was understandable but we were not offered any better alternatives .
Driver was very rude and uncooperative.It was very hot and each time we had to ask him for cold water .
After seeing the beautiful church in Madaba we went to this charming shop across to buy some souvenirs .He scolded us about buying anything from that shop .
It was unpleasant being in the car .Car was dirty and there was barely any leg space in the back .
I hope they improve their service and attitude towards clients.
Driver was very rude and uncooperative.It was very hot and each time we had to ask him for cold water .

Yes, you booked a tour to Madaba, Mount Nebo, Baptism site and Ma'in Hot Springs.
When the Hot Springs was dropped, you have 3 options to choose from and you chose to back to your hotel in Amman.
All our drivers are polite and helpful, and yes each time you had to ask him for cold water, because he told you he has cold water for you when you want and as many as you want.
After seeing the beautiful church in Madaba you left the church to buy some souvenirs without told him.
He tried to contact you many times until he thought you lost somewhere, not because buying anything from any shop .
We check all the cars daily before tours, if the car was dirty as you say it's something unusual.
Our cars fit for 3 passengers smoothly.

I had an issue during my trip so I asked if I could postpone my Wadi Mujib trip to the next day. They refused and asked me to pay again (I went during low season). Company more concerned about the money than the customer.

We took a Half day Private tour to Ajloun Castle and Jerash with Mohammad. We had a great time and he showed us the important places, and removed the cable car from the schedule when he learned we are avid skiers. In all a beautiful and lovely day, ended with crazy cold water from Mohammads own cooler.

+ Hotels were good standard, clean, nice breakfast. Had Wifi.
+ Camp Aladdin in Wadi Rum was well organized, pleasant
- English speaking guides at shared bus would have helped
- Pickup at airport worked, drop off at airport or hotel NOT.
- Bus rides wasted tremendous amount of time: one 4 hr ride took 9 hours
- Bus rides offered no water nor WiFi.
- Left by bus driver without Wifi/map or speaking Arabic at gas station in foreign country very unsettling.
- Paid over $60JD for things that were included according to Booking tour information

We are so sorry to hear this, the tour details mentioned everything about the tour, when you book the tour you chose a group shared tour not a private one, there wasn't anything mentioned as included and you have to pay extra for it? You tour wasn't including hotel or airport drop off, the bus driver left you at nearest point to your hotel.
What happened in the gas station wasn't your or our mistake that you deal with bad taxi driver.
when you book a tour with a start point far more than 30 KM from the city sure it will be expansive,

Hi! I want to go to Petra and Wadi Rum from Amman on the 17th February for one night. My flight the following day is at 9:25pm from Amman. Do you have a tour running that day. If so, what time does the tour arrive back to Amman after the trip or could I be dropped at the airport? Before I book I want to make sure I will make my flight!! Thanks! Delia
