I booked a safari for a friend's family with Eugene in Nairobi and Ambedosi with Eugene...he sent a broken rickety van on the last 2 days of the safari and refused to change it. He is unprofessional; dosnt take calls & a cheat! He didn't even pay the driver who finally helped find a van. DO Not Ever use him. Use at your own risk!

My husband and I just returned from Kenya. Eugene of Africa Exclusive Escapes, was absolutely Fantastic. He was extremely professional and very timely.
There was a lot of communication as I had several questions and he was extremely accommodating. His arrangements
for our entire trip right from pick up at Nairobi airport, a city tour and the safari trip to Amboselli/Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara
and returning us back to take our flight back to the US was outstanding! He had us visit the Daphne Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage, Bomas of Kenya,
Bomb blast Site, Parliament building, Kenyatta International Conference Centre and City Market. Not forgetting the famous Carnivore restaurant.
He booked us at the “Sopa Lodges” at the respective parks at the All inclusive hotels and everything was seamless.
We had a driver and 4 wheel drive for ourselves. Our driver and guide William Ogawo was amazing. He was always on time and very caring.
He was very knowledgeable, very courteous and respectful. He certainly made sure that our trip was nothing short of wonderful, with
Sighting the Big 5 and several other animal and birds. The food at the various facilities was very good and the entire trip was very memorable.
I would recommend their services to anyone, as he has the ability to work on different budgets and will make very good recommendations.

A friend that lives in Uganda and is in the tour business referred us to this safari company. They are a fairly new company and have not reached out to do business in the U.S. Their prices are less than if you were to use a U.S. company and yet the service was excellent. We stayed at the Mara Leisure camp, in a very luxurious tent camp with great food and service (this was part of our package).
Our guide, Francis was really good too. He appeared to know all the other safari guides, which is good as they share the information as to where the animals are. It was a private tour with just my husband and I in the jeep. It was such an amazing experience. Francis took us up close to the animal and we saw so many. I would definitely recommend Africa Exclusive Escapes. The service was outstanding.
