We have been going to W.W Chan tailor both in Shanghai and Hong Kong for years. Shirts are a little more pricey that some of the other tailors but the shirts last for years so it is really worth the investment.
They have all your measurements on file and they do trunk shows in Australia so it is very easy to get custom shirts without visiting Hong Kong.
This year my husband had five shirts that are being made, due to our short stay they will be posted to us.
Definitely recommend WW Chan for tailoring in HK

Love the custom hand made shirts made here. A little on the pricy side, but sometimes you just want to enjoy the best, and these shirts are really good.
Good service, attention to detail and location in Central center of the CBD.
Was referred here and have no regrets. Enjoy my shirts they fit will and look nice.

I had several suits and a sportcoat made for me by Irene Fashions, the women's branch of WW Chan in Hong Kong, between about 1990-2005. As my eye for shape and fit has changed since then, the jackets all need to be taken in in the shoulders. I wrote to Danny Chen, head of Irene Fashions, requesting an appointment during their next US tour (ongoing now), and received no reply. I finally telephoned the cell number used for WW Chan while in the US. I spoke briefly with Mr. Chen, who told me he had no time on this trip (four days in New York, next week), and hung up on me.
This is execrable service, lacking in the most basic manners towards a long-time customer. Reputable custom tailors typically alter garments they have made themselves (I recently had a tweed jacket shortened, made for me by a New York tailor in 1982; the work was done by a New Jersey tailor who had agreed to take on this task for the original tailor after his death)
It makes me sad that I will no longer be able to recommend the services of this once-fine establishment to friends visiting Hong Kong, or others who may be considering placing an order during their 3-times-a-year US tours.

I have been using this tailor exclusively for over 20 years. Quality and service are EXCELLENT. You pay for what you get, so this is not a discount place.
You will need to allow several days in Hong Kong and a few visits to get your first measurement, fitting and adjustments. Recommend you make an appointment in advance to ensure they will have time. Contact them via phone or email for your specifics.
They have a well established set of fabrics and designs, however if you want something special, provide them with pictures/drawings and they may be able to accommodate.
