I had a free tour experience with Singapore Rewards. The location is far from the city but can be reached using the metro and bus.
The tour itself at the brewery in the beginning felt rushed like you need to keep up on what the tour guide is saying. My favorite part is the correct pouring of the beer and free samplers at the end of the tour. They also gave me a free passport holder which I’m still using.

Went on the Tiger Beer Brewery tour on a recent trip to Singapore, best to book online in advance as we did, got a tour of the whole process from the delivery of ingredients through the brewing process to packaging. The tour itself took about an hour and included a small souvenir of a Tiger Beer Key Ring and also up to 2 hours for beer tasting and going round the shop.

To get to the Tiger Brewery we took the MRT to Joo Koon station . We had purchased a 3 day tourist MRT pass which costs $34 including a $10 refundable deposit. Get off at Joo Koon station we then went to the adjoining bus station and got the 182 bus and simply asked the driver to drop us at the brewery stop , no problem. Once again we used our tourist pass for the bus , if you do t you will need coins for the bus fare . The return bus stop is on the other side of the road . We attended this venue for the 2pm tour and there were about 15 other people from various countries. The tour was interesting and provided a good insight into the history and production of Tiger beer in Singapore. There are photo opportunities and there is a gift shop. We got complimentary drinks at the end of the tour and had an enjoyable afternoon. I noted some people got taxis but the MRT was an interesting visual journey away from central Singapore

The tour was good, guide was knowledgeable and friendly. Nice atmosphere in the bar where sample of beers was, and food was nice

The Tiger Brewery tour was an interesting tour. We underestimated time needed to get from the MRT station but arrived for the tour. Got the bus (straight outside the Brewery) and MRT back at the end!
Interesting tour, good options to taste beer at the end and visit the gift shop!
A fair way out of the way but still an interesting activity to do if you've done everything else you want to do in Singapore

The tour was very good. The guide was really helpful and informative.It was a quiet time so not in full production. The free tasting coupons gave you an opportunity to taste the different types of beers.

Really poor planning 5 pm tour which finished at 6:10ish. You get a free half pint and 5 tokens ( 1 token per taster) we were then told last orders were at 6:40 - had to drink all this beer within this time. They actually called last order at 6:26, 14 minutes before last call ?? All very rushed. You should not run a tour at 5pm - it leaves absolutely no time to enjoy the drinks you paid for with admission. The guy who did the tour was lovely and I think the staff were great but VERY poor planning on the brewery’s part.

Very informative tour it was quite eye opening to see the whole production process.The staff were excellent, topped off with a couple of samples good value for money.The location is a good 30 minutes taxi ride depending on traffic so give yourself plenty of time.

Ethan, Sarah, Jaycee, Zay were so professional and friendly throughout the entire tour experience. 10/10 for guest engagement. However, half way through the tour the microphone was out of battery and Ethan and Jaycee had to shout during the tour. Kindly look into it and provide them better equipments. Environment was decent.

This is my 3rd time visit and each time felt so refresh and excited.
We were so so welcome by the warm hospitality by Ethan, sarah, jaycee, zay. Without them the company event will not be this fun. We were grateful for this excellent services

No you do the your 1st and then are taken to the bar area. The tour only takes around 30/40 minutes
