No aircon in the premise @ Paya Lebar Square outlet even @ 2130hrs. Was really disgusted over all !

I went in payalebar ystrday around 9:30 am for breakfast but since I was busy it's been how many weeks I didn't go there, I saw the signage on the door " for take home only "and I also saw the staff on the counter , then I pressed the door and it opened ..my baby boy love jollibee so much so I showed to h the pictures of Jollibee that printed on the wall ..then suddenly I heard a loud and rude voice telling "excuse me!!!!!!! hello!!!! hello!!! hello !!! It's still closed!!! Were closed!! I was so shocked that the staff shouted at me like that in a rudely manner, then I told here okay don't shout pls tell me nicely then I go out, but then I needed to go back to ask what's the name of the staff ..then bec I don't want to talk to that lady I chose to ask her colligue beside her whats the name of her friend ?then suddenly the lady shouted at me came near me and said "why!??? Why??!! What?? My name is AYESHA whyy?! ..then I told her oh AYESHA is your name? Okay thank you then i go, first I didn't know that they change their opening and closing timings and 2nd if they are closed they should put closed sign on their door and not " take home only sign .. this kind of staff don't deserve to be in your company , well she must be grateful I guess bec of what's happening around her most people don't have a job right now .. but she who have a job don't treat her company well by chasing out customers to them . Badly rude .. thanks AYESHA for that wonderful experience .

パヤ・レバ駅の前に建つ比較的新しいビルです。下層部分は、ショッピングモールになっています。MRTの駅から直結で暑さにもスコールも気にせずに利用できます。上層部は、オフィスビルになっているそうです。

パヤ・レバ・スクエア・リテール・モールは、Paya Lebar Centralの中心部に位置する13階建てのプレミアムグレードのオフィスビルです。2014年完成とのことです。

From outside it looks like a huge mall. However, there weren't many shops. Most of them were food outlets. I guess this is Singapore.

Went to attend courses at the paya lebar life long institute. One of the classrooms was at this mall which we could have our lunch conveniently.
The mall has a variety of dining options and unique shopping experience. It is located next to Paya Lebar Interchange MRT station with direct connection to the Circle Line (CCL) & East-West Line (EWL) stations. It is walking distance to the Geylang Serai and Joo Chiat areas where traces of Singapore’s past could still be seen.
I get to try different types of lunch each time i attend the course. Last sunday, i tried mr yutiao which has the century egg porridge set that consists of a bowl of regular century egg porridge, almond yu tiao and tea. It has also the noodle set. Next sunday, i will like to try that. This time with the soy milk instead of tea.

Very irresponsible mall with bad management. Half way through our late lunch and suddenly shocked with a very unidentified loud noise while dining outside the restaurant atrium. The sound was as loud as a very strong wind blowing more than 200km/h. It lasted for 5min then paused for less than a min and came back again. This time we couldn't stand it anymore and lost our appetite. The most dissapointed part was there weren't any announcement made on the incident to keep patron aware of the situation. Later we saw more than half of the shops lost power supply. Hence, we still have to pay our bills to the restaurant counted manually. Very bad experience towards the mall and it is not advisable to shop there as there isn't anything to wow about. It is a shame to see such badly mall management in Singapore.

I am a regular at this outlet
But their service standard and the attitude of their staff is deteriorating at a very fast rate
Also uncleaned tables with flies hovering, birds pecking on leftovers and total apathy of Cleaners has become a norm.
This is a shame considering this cafe was renovated recently.
I think Iam going to give this place a miss
And would rather head to the foodcourt!

There are a few eateries and shops selling clothes etc, in this building. Other than bring close to the MRT station, there isn’t really any reason why it warrants a visit to this mall, unless you have a craving for fast food that is being operated out of the building. You will not lose much not visiting this mall.

Nothing to shout about other than the fact that it is easily accessible via Paya Lebar MRT station and also, there is Singpost Centre (another mall) next to it which house the latest GV cinema.
