Outstanding Ceviche Cooking Class with Hector
We had an absolutely fantastic time at Hector’s ceviche cooking class! Hector is such a warm and kind person – once you get to know him, his friendly and fun personality really shines through. He made us feel welcome and created a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere right from the start.
The four of us booked the class together and prepared several types of ceviche. From mastering the art of making tigermilk to working with the fish and all the fresh ingredients, everything was absolutely delicious. Hector was not only a great instructor but also an inspiration – we learned so much from him!
To top it all off, we ended the evening by mixing (and enjoying!) Pisco Sours together. It was the perfect way to wrap up an already fantastic experience.
