popped in here on a match day...managed to catch the premier game on one of the many tvs
beer was nice and cold...about £2.10 for the local zargorka lager (good stuff)
we stayed a few hours but didn't eat there although he food looked decent
ordered at the bar and they always delivered to the table, but they do table service too
staff were good and friendly....nice place in a good central location

Cozy place to watch your favorite team play, meet up with friends and drink a pint or two. The food was great, aswell as the service.

Travelling back home from a ski vacation in Bulgaria, stopped for Six nations games day in Sofia to watch Ireland vs Wales. After a pretty long walk-about we found ourselves not very welcomed in most of the places and we ended in a place called The Irish Harp in the true heart of the city. Lucky for a bunch of rugby fans (us) the only place that was about to broadcast the game live was this pub. Despite of the slight delay ( chock-full of people) we never expected such nice staff, delicious food, drinks etc. So it was a great experience to enjoy the rugby game in The Irish Harp.

Visited here yesturday on way to airport food was not good service was terrible food come out half cold half cooked and then come to pay accused others in group to have walked out and not paid which was un true turned out we went to bus and spoke that ones he accused not paying had actually paid for my meal as I sat there table at start then sat table beside me to chat other friend so he had already been paid but he charge me again anyways with out me known so he just didn't accuse us in wrong he got paid twice for liver bacon burger chip and a Coke. I don't give reviews but this place so bad I had to I just hope the owner reads this and tries to improve his service. Points for owner. Starters is the first course we should receive not main course then starter not the way you served us main course first then starter and other guys fries them chicken 40 mins later and put your food out on warm plates your staff should be on floor checking if everythings OK and chatting costomer with a smile and if we need more drinks ect as I had go bar twice my self to get drinks as I got fed up waiting on staff to come only time seen them was take order are serve food and when you a accuse in wrong and realise your wrong appoigise. I give him credit when I did pay he did thank me for my costom. I worked at home for years in hotel and the service in here is terrible I hope this place can take on board bad reviews and correct there mistakes change it for the better so everyone comes in can enjoy

Waited over an hour for chips and after finishing the chips my grilled chicken arrived which was served cold. The staff may be apologetic but chicken doesn’t take well over an hour to grill.

Descubrimos este lugar mi hermana y yo cuando nos queríamos resguardar del frío en pleno mes de enero, tomar una cerveza y echar unos dardos.
Buscando al azar en Google encontramos este lugar, en pleno centro de Sofia.
Personal amable, en especial Boris que en todo momento nos hizo sentir en casa y nos contó cosas del país.
Sin duda, el lugar perfecto para tomar una cerveza, conocer a los lugareños y, lo más importante, sentirse en casa.
Buscando al azar en Google encontramos este lugar, en pleno centro de Sofia.
Personal amable, en especial Boris que en todo momento nos hizo sentir en casa y nos contó cosas del país.
Sin duda, el lugar perfecto para tomar una cerveza, conocer a los lugareños y, lo más importante, sentirse en casa.

Good food, friendly staff and as much football you could ever which to watch on Saturday afternoon. Boris the manager and his staff were all helpful, on point and only happy to serve promptly.

I have been to Sofia a couple of times now and most recently we stayed in the newly built apartments called "Sofia Art Gallery Vacation Apartments" These are around £30-50 per night depending which apartment. They mostly have balconies with mountain views and the facilities are better than most hotels.
The location is ulitsa Sveti Sveti Kiril i Metodij and is a short walk from the main train station and Vitosha Blvd. As well as a short walk from the Irish Harp.
As it's a brand new apartment building, I'm not sure they are on TripAdvisor yet but google the above and you will find it/
