Powerful Temple For Nagarani
okt. 2018 • Par
Ananthankavu Nagalakshmi Temple is situated in Thiruvanathapuram, Kerala. The North entrance of Sree Padmanabha Swammi Temple. This is the only surppakavu with 1000 years old idols of Naga Lakshmi with Nagaraja Ananthan. The only Nagalakshmi Temple in Kerala.Very powerful temple situated nearby Padmanabha Swamy Temple.Ananthan Kadu Sree Nagaraja Temple History Temple is the result of the celestial vision of Lord Sree Krishna that dawned upon Vilwamangalam Swamiyar the great sage and the ardent devotee of Lord Mahavishnu. Lord Sri Anantha the first among the eight great Serpeant Gods, is worshiped here as Naga Raja, the King of Serpeants. This temple is also considered to be the place of origin of Sree Padmanabha Swami Temple. Sri Anantha, who offers himself as a bed to the Lord of the three worlds, has been positioned with in the Fort at Thiruvananthapuram to the north west of Sri Padmanabha Swami Temple.
Ananthan the Serpant God reigns here bestowing bliss over his worshipers; and removing the hazards in life such as wedding – block, the wrath of Rahu, Kalasarpa Dosha, Skin diseasesetc. Worshiping Lord Anantha is certain to grant children to the childless and Ashta Nagapreethi to the needy.

This temple is a very divine place where we can worship the nagas. From morning till evening various poojas are conducted here for the snake gods. The ayilya Pooja is a well known Pooja that is conducted here.

THE GUARDIAN ANGEL OF THIRUVANANTHAPURAM

The Ananthankadu Sree Nagaraja Temple, situated in the heart of Trivandrum is located just behind the famous Sree Padmanabha Swamy Temple, on its western side. This is much frequented temple devoted to the Snake God, Sree Nagaraja. The rituals and the deities are awesome. Te pooja timings are in the morning and the temple is open in the evenings as well. The access to the temple, tjough is a bit congested with not sufficient space for a motor car to travel.
During Naga Poornima and Ayilyam days the temple will be teeming with devotees. The main offerings are Milk and Turmeric Powder.
The Lord is believed to be the incarnation of Lord Anantha, on whom Lord Vishnu lies. There was reportedly a forest in the area in the earlier days of the city and it was called the Ananthan Kadu.(Forest of Anantha).

Nagaraja Temple
jul. 2017 • Familie
It is easy to go to this temple if you exit through the North entrance of Padmanabha Swamy temple. Parking is an issue here so it is best to just walk over and get darshan. Ananthan – Nagaraja is known to removing the hazards in life such as wedding – block, the wrath of Rahu, Skin diseases, infertility. There are 2 temples here. The main deity sits outside. Inside there is a tree that has a flower in the shape of Anandhashayana. The Deity here is also Nagaraja. I do not know much about history of these 2 temples or which is the actual one and which is the new one so I go and Pray to both.
