For safari ride Arusha is the best place. You can enjoy with your family and friends.Lots of park are in arusha.

he may have changed his name, but he always wore suit. Don't be cheated by his outlook. He may act "professionally" but he kept telling lies for his business. He may even have changed his name. 不要被這人騙,也是滑頭, 只會不停作假承諾, 當然不會兌現。雖然價錢平,但一分錢一分貨,平價對這公司來說一定質素差,而且不安全。

Soter cheated us by saying there were other people joining the trip and our joining would be a discounted price. He turned out charging us more than other members and told other group members the higher price we had paid. They could promise your long hours in the parks but then wasted time on waiting for new comers joining in , or the bank transfer to pay the park fee etc.
Please keep spreading the news so that no one will be trapped by Soter and his company again.

DO NOT...go with Africa Smart. They are the biggest outright thieves in the business. My fiancé had a week long safari with them and felt bamboozled every single day. It was ridiculous. We ended up bailing out of the last day, because it was such a joke.
The driver was terrible, inconsiderate, didn't know anything about wildlife, was late waking up and leaving every single day. The jeep had a flat tire without a working jack on the first day. We lost a couple hours on the very first day, less than an hour outside of town- a sign of things to come. The windshield wipers didn't work. There was a leak in the roof.
The worst was... at EVERY. SINGLE. PARK. that we tried to enter we were held up for HOURS. Literally we lost an AVERAGE of at least THREE HOURS every day because they hadn't handled the finances on their end, and so we couldn't enter the park (no funds in the credit card, etc.) Even though all of the tourists had paid.
The list goes on and on.
In fact, they have a reputation amongst all of the other companies of being the biggest scammers out there. They even said the owner has been in prison before for fraud! I believe them. If you google Africa Smart the results will show negative reviews, but when you click on them the posts have been removed. Hmmm... sounds like he's got a whole system set up to cover up his thievery!

ps If you're wondering why the review came so late after our travels, it's because I was working in Africa for a year and just returned to the US a few days ago

This company lies to people that there are people joining and you are the last one to make a team so to lower the cost. It also tricks people to pay in credit card but in fact it is cash advance, so you pay more on bank admin charge in Arusha and also your home country.
There will be no guide but just the driver whose knowledge about the wildlife is limited. They throw rubbish to the road. If there is meal provided, the cook is very lousey and cleanliness is in doubt. The driver will also take your time to get lunchbox, fuel, pay the bank (which they should have prepared earlier on). Your time in park will be limited. Even you seem to pay less but actually you get actually much much less than the value you pay for.

This is a daylight robbery. You pay for a guide, a professional one and then you end up with a driver who doesn't try to care of you. He was even rude to us. Always late, aggressive.
Please don't believe any positive comment about this company. The owner will always tell you that this is comments from competitors but don't trust him: this is all about money for him. Once you've paid the package (always in advance), it is too late for you.

Det här företaget ordnar olika typer av safaris i Arusha. Jag vill varna samtliga att INTE åka på safari med dem! Ägaren lurade samtliga oss på pengar genom att hitta på en extraavgift för betalkort och sedan så ljög han i princip om allt som safariresan skulle innehålla. Vi sov i fruktansvärda, mögliga tältar, sovsäckarna var gamla och smutsiga. Kocken kunde inte laga mat och vissa dagar räckte inte maten till. Guiden verkade inte kunna någonting och sa knappt någonting under hela resan. Varken kocken eller guiden pratar bra engelska. Ägaren var dock värst! UNDVIK denna safariarrangör!!

Well these Clients booked their safari in Moshi through our staff based there. I was not informed about any thing regarding them, until I read their complain in the TripAdvisor.
We wrote several Emails to TripAdvisor and they told us that they will communicate with the clients, but unfortunately we are sorry to say that nothing has happened to-date.
I've learnt that Smart Tours mistreated them, and they have decided to black list us for reasons best known to them. They were supposed to black list Smart Tours and their Managing Director Mr Clemence Mutta Mtambalike who provided the services.
We pray to the Almighty God that the Client's will waive the ban to us and penalize Mr. Mutambalike for his misconduct and behavior so that other Clients wont book a safari with them in the future.
I pen off here until other time.
