I was in Phuket for 2 weeks in April/May & used Friendly Taxis for transfer to & from the airport.
They give a very efficient & friendly service
Prompt with response & very good drivers
I have no hesitation to highly recommend this taxi service.

I did the Phuket 5 hour city tour and it was great. The driver was really kind and took me to all the places I wanted to go. I followed the company’s itinerary but I also requested to feed a baby elephant. We went to see the viewpoints, Big Buddha statue, Chalong temple, a honey factory, a cashew nut factory, baby elephant feeding, Old town Phuket. Everything went well and I got to spend as much time as I wanted at each location. I chose to start at 9:30am and the stops were not overcrowded since it was morning. I really enjoyed the honey and nut factories and they let me taste/ try their products. I got a lot of pics. I’d recommend friendly taxi and tours Phuket to other travelers especially if you’re solo and wish to enjoy a morning exploring Phuket.

Very swift and supportive staff...our driver Kevin was very friendly and was very helpful in sharing info....we also took a full day tour to Phi Phi Island through Friendly tours company....which was very reasonable and convenient for us. Will highly recommend this company to all travellers for ease and convenience.

Used Friendly for both airport transfers, a bespoke tour of Phuket sites we wanted to see rather than the one advertised, elephant sanctuary, also used them as taxi for trips to Phuket Town and then the new Andamanda Water park - each time flawless service. Easy communication and booking by what’s app - clear pricing and very polite. nothing left to chance. Even when used as a taxi service we agreed a return journey time or said we would give them 1 or 2 hour notice. Each time Friendly was good to its word and punctual.
Drivers are safe and vans (there were 5 in our family) are very clean and great AC.
I will be recommending them to anyone I know and will definitely use them again myself.
Thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable.

We used WhatsApp to arrange a journey from Bang Tao to Ao Po Pier. Communications were excellent for booking and driver comms on the day also. Prompt, smooth ride and lovely people.

We (9 people group) were very happy to use twice services of this transport provider. Drivers were good English speaking and very nice. Adapting to our requests. The price is also very reasonable in this area. Very recommended!

During our cruise stopover in Phuket, we engaged the services of Friendly Taxi and Tour for our day tour on 10 December.
Chai, the admin, was so prompt in responding to my queries. The rates were reasonable. We were assigned Tik as our driver. She was punctual, her driving was good, and her English was proficient. She ensured that we got to Intara Argo Fish Farm safely, and she translated our needs to the staff there. We enjoyed her services and company. I will engage the company if I return to Phuket again.

Perché sul sito di prenotazione è scritto che si paga a destinazione, mentre alla prenotazione da rassada pier (non hotel) mi viene chiesto di pagare anticipatamente? Il mio timore è che una volta pagato...chi NON si è visto non si è visto...

Rassada pier not hotel Because pick up from hotel we can check and room number at hotel reception but at pier can not check everything. Many times the customer booked to pick up from the pier. But not meet customers so damage the company because lost time and petrol so if pick from port or pier must pay first. Pier or port is cowded place so It may put us at risk. Due to the loss of time and fuel costs.
I have high rate and review TripAdvisor so we are honest but if you don't trust on TripAdvisor is ok.

We’re interested in a taxi from here to the Trick Eye Museum tomorrow (Friday August 9th), then return from the Trick Eye Museum to the Hotel and finally a taxi service to the Phuket Airport from Absolute Bangla Suites on Saturday.
