We can only recommend the cooking course with Berberlands.
Malika and Nicole took us through a typical Moroccan market. There we bought the ingredients for our tagine. Malika also helped us, at our request, with our own small purchases (dates, fruit). We felt very comfortable in the group at the market. Afterwards we drove to a Berber family, where we were given a very warm welcome. After the welcome tea in the living room, we cooked a delicious goat tagine with vegetables together in the courtyard and baked fresh, partly filled, bread in the stone oven, as people used to do 🤤 . Hand-ground couscous rounded off the meal. It was a very nice and delicious experience, which I really enjoyed for the second time :) many thanks to the great team!
