I really enjoyed my combo massage here, it was worth the price of 850. It was really professional and relaxing with a coconut drink to start and a tea after the massage. Great service.

Very relaxing ambiance and it was so clean and the smell inside so aromatic, and after we had the massage i saw them changing matres so i know it was neat im so glad i found this spa to relax, all therapist well discipline and very friendly👍👍👍👍

I love this place and I cannot wait to go back. Masseuses are very professionals, my girls love the other services (Facial, etc.).

I went for a massage yesterday April 12th. After a long flight to the Philippines. My girlfriend recommended me to relax and get a massage. The atmosphere of Shivasina was very nice. It was calming and relaxing with very nice women working there. I chose a Korean massage meduim pressure. My masseuse her name was Juliet. She was very kind and soft spoken. Her massage was very relaxing and her technique was very calming, her focus was on my lower back but including my feet, hands and scalp massage. I will be going back in a few weeks and would love to ask for Juliet again. Thank you Juliet and thank you Shivasina for a great experience.

It's my third experience to have facial and body massage at Shivasina. I am actually very particular with spa places so I go here all the time. I am very impressed at how costumers are treated from the moment they enter the spa. A short interview on how your health is, what treatment/massage is suited for your need, a refreshing buko juice and a nice warm foot bath, all makes you ready to have luxurious, relaxing moment. I had the combination massage for 1.5 hours and I had a very deep sleep while the massage was being done. The pressures were perfect for my tired body and the pressure points were taken into careful consideration. I look forward to have another experience with my favorite masseuse ate Dahlia who was not available when I was there.
The facial treatment was very relaxing. I particularly liked they way Norvy explained the procedure she was about to do. This lessened my anxiety about what was being done to my face, since my eyes were covered.
All staff were very helpful and friendly.
Just don't forget to make an appointment because the spa can get very busy.
To Shivasina, Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Once you arrive and read the menu explaining the different types of massages and how they will 'transport you to a dream like state' you become excited. Well, don't get too excited.... the foot wash, blood pressure check, weight check and consultation before massage never took place as mentioned in the information card. Simply go in, get changed and lay down.
I had the signature massage (hot towel with stretching). To be honest the towels are just a gimmick, they spend ages just heating and changing them, and most the time they just go cold and are annoying. The stretching part was okay, but nothing exceptional.
Several times I mentioned not to touch my broken finger but I guess language wasn't clear, and ended up getting annoyed because she kept doing it.
Overall her massage skills were good, wish I had just selected a plan and simple massage, would have got more satisfaction and probably enjoyed it a lot more.
Prices are high, it's a bit nicer than you're average Filipino massage place as room is dark, it's cool, and nice music, but apart from that it's all just the same.

Thank you so much for visiting our spa and for the comments and feedback. The negative comments really hurt me on the one hand but it also opens my eyes on the other hand. I have trained the managers and some of the massages that are performed by the masseuses. They are fully aware of all the details and procedures they are to perform for each client and the introduction to our Spa. The procedures fell apart in your case.
I designed the Signature massage from my experience of many different massages from many different Spa’s. All of those details and experiences that I discussed about the Signature massage are real and I have experienced them many times and I so much want you and our clients to have the same experience. I can say without puffery that this massage modality carried out with a seasoned masseuse as I have taught is a beautiful healthy healing experience that you will always remember. Unfortunately, one of our trainees was mistakenly assigned to you She should not have been assigned to perform the Signature massage for you.
Your experience is as totally upsetting to me as it was to you. I offer you my regrets and apology.
I would like to make amends and offer you to experience any of our massages and enjoy our calm atmosphere, music and good vibes at no cost of course.
Please call me, Oliver Nalley at 047 340 4556 when you are in town again so that I can arrange the most appropriate masseuse for you.

Like Strip in a different world with a quiet relaxing atmosphere. Different kind of massages which all work very well. I will go back there every week I am in the area

Juliette gave me a very thorough facial today. The steam was effective and she even showed me the stuff she removed from my pores. The pores on my nose are much smaller than when I walked in this afternoon. Thanks for a great facial!

Went here twice and both times had the Korean massage special. Was a through head to toe massage very soothing and relaxing. Feet wash in beginning and green tea when finished. They worked out my tightness in my muscles. Nice place with average price but great massage

Thanks, Jef for your review! Hope to see you back at Shivasina when you are in the area again! Next time try the Shivasina Signature massage and it would truly blow you away! Incidentally, we'll be back in Wake Forest, NC. in April where we stay at our home during Spring and part of the Fall season.
