Awful experience! The massage is ok, place is ok, but the shower room is full of mold, the shower head is broken, no hot water, not easy to have a quick shower.

Fantastic beautiful service amazing friendly helpful staff who predicted everything, as all of the PH their English and manners far exceed anywhere on earth

渋滞を考えて早めに空港に到着。やり残したマッサージができて幸せでした。価格は安いのですが街中よりは高いです。全部ペソを使った後にカードOKという事です利用したのですが、施術後にチップを求められました。現金がないことを伝えて大丈夫でしたが悪いことをしたなぁと思いました。

ネットで上位に入っていたので行ってみた。予約がなくても入ることが出来（日曜の3時）、スムーズにいざマッサージ。力が強かったりと要求には柔軟に対応してくれたり、日本人客が多いせいか日本語が喋れるスタッフだった。全身２時間でPHP1700、日本だったらお手頃かな。
あっという間にちょうど２時間、ジンジャーティーをサービスしてくれ、最後に渡されたのが小さな封筒。日本語で”チップ普通は300ペソ”。いきなり言われたので何のことやら。催促されるのか…と思いながら、ふと疑問に思ったのですぐさまネットでチップの相場を調べると、20〜50ペソと言っているところが多く、これはぼったくられる寸前だったのか？と思い気持ちのペソを封筒に入れ店を出ました。個人的にオイルの匂いが好みではなく、終わり良ければすべて良しにもならなかったので、また行くことはないと思います。
チップの文化に慣れていない私たちにとって、下調べは大切だと改めて思った。

Very good, cannot really fault the service. Massage was the pressure I like and the room was clean and quiet. Staff were polite, the price was more expensive than other places, however you get what you pay for and I would be back again.

到訪這家店時覺得價格稍貴了些
但考量到品質比較重要
所以我選擇1.5小時的熱石按摩
而老公留在大廳等我
按摩期間
開始懷疑按摩師是否經過專業的按摩訓練
力道偏輕 機乎沒有什麼技巧
房間也沒有放鬆音樂
甚至換衣服和淋浴間時還是大通舖
缺乏私密空間
雖然都是女生 但是還是不免尷尬
不過惹火我們的重點在後面
在我按了40分鐘後突然中斷按摩
這時我被通知要穿回衣服
到大廳去找正在等待我的老公
茫然的我一到大廳後看到火大的老公和職員們
了解事發經過才知道老公遇到英文不夠溜的台灣人想反應按摩師偷時間、按的力道太輕等等
這時我老公好心去幫忙協調反應
竟然被職員和大陸老闆輪幾番拉到旁邊質疑他是導遊在拉客妨礙他們做生意
沒有想到當客人來消費要受這種氣
我老公原本好好的坐在大廳看電子書
幫了忙卻遇到職員和老闆輪番兇客人
實在太不尊重人了
最後我們要求退費離開這裡去別家
成為史上最莫名奇妙的一次按摩經驗

Omg, very terrible service! We werent allowed to use the sauna and steam room during our overnight stay in their suite room. And we never even got a single "sorry"! Staff were rude. Disappointing. Waste of money. I highly discourage this place.

非常差的體驗。有2位台灣團在大廳抱怨品質，按摩師父只是摸摸。原本應該要按1.5小時，結果40分鐘就結束。
老闆的態度也很差。
價格一小時1000P起跳，明顯都是導遊帶團客來抽回扣。
This shop is targeting group tourists, major market is Chinese and Taiwanese. So please DO NOT come, very pricy and terrible service. Owner need to pay a lot of commission for group leader, so we normal guests cannot have good service as their price tag.
While I am waiting my wife, I heard at lease 2 Taiwanese guests complain about bad quality. Not only bad massage skills they complain but also shortage of service time. They book 1.5hrs but they got out only 1hour.

I went to Ayala shopping mall and want to have massage while waiting for my friend. The concierge suggested me to this spa. I ordered 1 hour foot massage which cost quite high 600 PHP. They placed me on the second floor, the massage took place just over the information counter where the guest came in and inquire. During one hour massage, I could not sleep at all because there are many noisy Korean and Chinese clients downstair and the staff did not handle the noise well. The massage itself is just average. But I will not come back again.

Got myself an hour massage from the spa. The reception area was good, they have a tiny pond, its flowing water sound contributes to the relaxing aura. They also have mandalas - those flower petals fashioned into patterns on water. The receptionist seems to be in need of a massage too, she was not friendly and accommodating. Didn't even smile one bit.
I was then led to a locker area to secure my personal belongings. I undressed, took a shower then started my session with sauna. The lady provided me with a bucket of ice cubes, soft face towel and a tall glass of water to help me cool down if the sauna gets too unbearably hot.
After sauna, I went to take a quick dip in their indoor pool, more like a body of water than a pool. Hahaha.
After which, I dried myself and slipped into an emerald green silk robe that felt luxurious on my skin.
The lady led me to the second floor where they have their private massage rooms - all named after flowers. I stayed at the gumamela room.
After a few minutes, the therapist came. The massage was good, I felt relaxed and the knots on my back were gone. Overall, I was satisfied with the procedure. When it was over, she handed me an envelope where I am to place my tip and drop into the box at the reception area.
I went back to the locker room. Changed back to my clothes and happily, dropped off the tip envelope at the designated box.
It is a great place to relax and let go of your worries even for just an hour. The facilities were good and the interior has a calming vibe.
If you want to take a breather, the spa is the place!

BTW Flora spa is cheaper but also good. But if you really want the best massage and don't mind a more Spartan place then the original/ old Holiday massage is still the best. This is where all the old time locals go. Its also cheaper and they have a lounge with big screen tv and you can purchase snacks and drinks. The surroundings reflect the price. LOL!
