Attention arnaque : cette entreprise n’existe plus depuis le COVID !
Nous avons réservé ce tour et très vite nous avons senti qu’il y avait un problème : le prestataire ne répondait pas à la question pour nous confirmer ou non le pick up à l’hôtel ! Nous avons alors tenté de le contacter par téléphone et la grosse surprise le numéro indiqué n’existait plus ! Nous avons alors contacté Trip advisir/Viator la veille pour jeudi demander d’annuler puisque nous ne savions rien sur ke pick up et ils nous ont dit qu’il était impossible en annuler l’élection dans ces conditions et que nous devions nous rendre sur place.
Le lendemain matin nous partons tôt et payons un taxi pour nous y emmener et nous nous retrouvons devant le portail d’un lieu qui n’existe plus depuis plus de 2 ans !!!! Mêle pas de pancarte puisque tout je Privee saut qu’il n’y a plus rien …
C’est SCANDALEUX pour une société comme Trip advisor/Viator et cela prouve qu’il n’y a aucun contrôle des partenaires !!!! 2 jours plus tard toujours pas de remboursement.
Dans ces conditions je ne ferai plus jamais appel à eux et unau compris par cette expérience qu’ils ne contrôlaient rien contrairement à ce que je croyais…ils ne font qu’encaisser une commission en profitant de leur marketing. C’est honteux et c’est du vol …fuyez !

It was such a wonderful and beautiful trip. Have a diving and kayaking activity. A beautiful viewpoint that can overlooking various islands. Delicious lunch. 😋 Free beverages are provided throughout the journey. Good and friendly staff.

A lire les commentaires, finalement nous avons eu de la « chance » car nous n’étions que 24 sur le bateau mais il était quand même bien plein. On vient nous chercher tôt à l’hôtel pour finalement attendre longtemps avant de monter sur le bateau. 1er arrêt snorkeling totalement sans intérêt. Aucune visibilité et rien à voir à part des tas de touristes. 2ème arrêt au lagon d’eau salée, c’est beau mais rapide. 3ème arrêt où on dejeune et puis on fait 20min de kayak sans intérêt, c’est vraiment pour dire qu’on a fait du kayak. Enfin dernier arrêt sur l’île Koh Wua Talap où on a 1h pour faire l’ascension. Ça en vaut vraiment la peine mais c’est vraiment trop court pour pouvoir en profiter et hop on se dépêche de remonter dans le bateau pour rentrer. Bref une journée et un parcours qui pourraient être pas mal mais tout est fait au pas de course en speed tout le temps, ça fait un peu camp militaire alors on est bien loin du rythme des vacances. Je suis donc sûre qu’il y a largement mieux ailleurs.

It saddens me to have to write my first trip advisor review, however for future reference, customers deserve to know that this ‘all inclusive’ package is misleading. When it states, ‘leave all valuables in your hotel’, I did not expect to have to pay additional costs if I wanted to see a waterfall they had included in the initial itinerary. We did not get to go see any water, nor did we get to bathe the elephants or walk through the jungle with them, which was advertised in their brochure. To begin, pick-up was scheduled between 9-9:30am (they arrived at 10am), but we proceeded to drive around for an hour and a half to try and locate the other guests that would be joining us... Safari Boat Tour had miscommunication with the hotel names, so by the time we located the other guests, it was already noon before we got our ‘breakfast’. The zip-line experience (advertised with 14 platforms) was cut short/rushed to make up lost time but was enjoyable and the archery was the best part in my opinion. To say the least, it was quite disappointing to see the customers pay in cash, but when they asked for a partial refund for the activities we didn’t do, she denied having their money and no refunds were given.
I hope to see an updated brochure from the company so this will not happen to other guests in the future.

We booked our trip to Angthong Marine Park a couple of weeks ago and had confirmation of it being booked in. We waited at our hotel reception at 8.45am as advised to be picked up, only to be informed by our hotel reception that the trip had been cancelled!
I rang the company to find out why they hadn't informed us on the previous day that it had been cancelled and was just given some rubbish about them not being able to contact head office because of the time difference (it looks like their head office is based in Slovakia) and therefore having to contact our hotel instead of us.
They then made matters even worse by telling me that the reason for cancelling was because they had a private boat trip booked instead!! Basically choosing to take them as they're paying more money!
We only had 2 days on Koh Phangan and this was our second day so we had no choice to re-book as suggested and had to request a refund, ehich means our trip to Angthong was ruined.
We are extremely angry with how the company have disregarded us in this way and want to ensure no one else books with them and has their trip ruined in the way we have.

Koh Wua Ta Lap est une île du Parc National d'Ang Thong. Il est possible d'y rester dormir en réservant directement auprès des bureaux du parc, ce que j'ai fait. 420bath la nuit.
Sauf que pour accéder à cette île, il faut faire une excursion d'une journée dans le parc. Deux compagnies seulement au départ de Koh Phangan : Orion et Safari Boat.
Je réserve donc en ligne, précisant que je passe la nuit sur une île et qu'il me faudra rentrer le lendemain. Je reçois un mail avec un lien pour le paiement puis un mail de confirmation.
Et le jour du départ, on m'annonce qu'ils n'ont pas de tours le lendemain et qu'il me faudra donc gentiment rentrer avec la seconde compagnie pour 500baths supplémentaires.
Bref, des arnaqueurs, désagréables, et avec un anglais plus que limité.
Je déconseille fortement.
Partez avec Orion.

J'avais déjà un mauvais pressentiment avant de commencer cette excursion. Deux compagnies la proposait et c'est celle-ci que l'on a retenue pour le speed-boat. Le prix était pourtant si élevé pour la Thailande...
Vitesse excessive du bâteau sur une mer calme pour l'aller, ça passe.
Snorkeling catastrophique en eaux sombres et sans poisson, du jamais vu!
Blue lagoon, sympa, bon spot.
Canoë sans grand intérêt, on a bien fait de le zapper.
Repas très moyen dans des barquettes.
Belle plage pour conclure avec superbe vue.
Attention, la fin...
On les sent pressés de rentrer, la mer est un peu plus agitée mais ça doit passer normalement sauf qu'au lieu de ralentir, ça accélère encore et encore. On est trop lourd et pour équilibrer le bâteau, sans que le pseudo-conducteur ne ralentisse, le passager s'exécute. Le guide lui tombe dessus, fracture de la cheville. Horrible à voir, surtout pour deux gamines qui fondent en larme et dont l'une d'elle sera tétanisée pendant tout le voyage.
Il reste une heure. Voyant l'importance de la blessure, le rythme du bâteau s'accentue. Je m'énerve et le fais comprendre.
Le blessé est allongé bien entendu, 2 personnes et le guide le retiennent et le rassurent.
Panne d'essence, et oui à force "d'arsouiller"... En pleine mer, avec 2 bidons, ils en remettent et en font tomber à côté.
On arrive enfin, l'ambulance prend le blessé, j'espère que l'hôpital prendra soin de lui. Nous sommes 20 eberlués. Je n'avais jamais eu une telle expérience. Plus jamais ça !
J'aurai dû lire les avis avant. Fuyez! Préférez la compagnie "Orion" pour un bâteau plus lent ou passez votre chemin.

- pick up from the hotel late. Why would we have to get up early, to be ready at 8am, when the boat was leaving at 9.45?
- snorkeling in a place with 5-6 more speed boats around, swimming in the water covered by film of oil (fuel). Not much to see, not much fish or corals, deep and bad visibility.
- Boat has an issue with the engines: fuel was always leaking and there was a strong smell of fuel, kids even developed a headache. I had to use towel to breathe through. Came back and our clothes still smells gazoline.
- kayaking - just started rowing when were told to go back. Took not more than 15-20’. No going through the caves as promised on their program
- no buffet lunch as stated on their booklet and when booking the tour, just a box with piece of chicken, rice and a bit of salad.
- and à cherry on the cake - upon returning to the port our transfer was late, had to wait for half an hour.
Remember doing the Ang-thong tour from Samui a few years back. Our guide brought us up to the view point, talked about the National park, we went kayaking in the caves, had an excellent snorkeling, buffet dinner. It was an amazing experience. Can’t say the same about the tour we have just had with Safari Boat.

Let’s start with some overall issues. First, the nonstop smoking onboard the boat by both the staff and tour participants. Disrespectful and disgusting. Second, blasting the speakers with club music felt misplaced and unappreciated. If I wanted to go to a club I would have done that instead. Third, they are using fake images to promote snorkeling and kayaking on their webpage. Those pictures are not from this place or even Thailand.
To the park itself. To call it a national marine park or a a joke. It’s exploited to the maximum. They really should enforce some sort of regulation instead of packing it with hordes of tourist. Go a rush hour feel to it all.
Now the stops.
Snorkeling: boy what a disappointment. Murky waters, next to none corals and few fishes. What’s even more surprising was all the fishing boats that surrounded the snorkeling spot, counted to 10 all and all. That’s how much the park is a protected area apparently... if you ever hear anyone telling you to go snorkeling to see corals around samui, run. Due to Sediment-contamination from the taper river. Sunlight cannot thoroughly penetrate the water, wish is a limiting factor in the control of photosynthetic life, such as corals and other underwater plants. So, NO corals, false advertisement.
Emerald lake: could have been without that. Nice picture spot but packed to the brim with tourists.
Lunch: meh
Main island viewpoint: Awesome views. Save your money and take a boat to this place only to do the hike up to the top. That is really all that’s worth exploring in the park in my opinion. Even got to see some monkeys.
So with that said, I would not recommend this tour. Your can’t really give credit to the tour company for the scenery and I will not make a second trip to the park.

Travelled to Koh Phangan as we wanted to take a day trip to Angthong Marine Park. We booked the day tour online and had confirmation that we would be collected from hotel at 9.30. That time came and went, we contacted the online operators who desperately tried to get in touch with Safari. I called Safari myself only to be told they did not have a Angthong tour operating that day and that they had no booking recored for us on their system. The owner of the online operator advised they had a confirmation and sent me an email clip of the booking confirmation from Safari, not only did they not pick us up they lied about the booking and tried to blame the online operator.......was not his fault so his credebility needs to be protected. As far as Safari is concerned they are not a reputable business, we spoke to other people about our misfortune and were asked "hope you didn't go with Safari", what does that tell you. Buyer beware, I would not recommend these clowns. I cannot tell you how disapointed we were and Safari want to maintain business, what a joke!!

Hi, I recently sent a payment through to Safari Boat to confirm 2 places in July and I was told that I would get a confirmation email when the payment was received to confirm our places. It has been nearly a month and we still have no confirmation email but I do have a paypal receipt to prove the payment has been accepted.
