What a oso mediation.The guider of yoga classes is very good behavior and very helpful for the yoga training. The island beach is very beautiful and wonderful place. I am recommented the classes.

What a voluntree experience and beautiful, amazing and excellent island and peaceful. We are enjoyed the yoga class and relax. The onwer is very helpful guide.The classes is amazing and beautiful memories.Highly recommented

School is by the beach and the teachers were amazing! It was very healing experience for me; Yoga, tantra, breathwork and meditation helped me to find my inner child again!

Such a beautiful and peaceful place The staff and volunteers turn the space into a very nice community. If you need compassion, kindness or you just want to be in a nice Tantra community.

I volunteered at Samma Karuna for a month and fell in love. There are so many beautiful souls in the place and the teachers were very supportive, as each class can possibly bring up an emotion you weren't expecting to heal wounds from the past. Some classes are fun, some are more about internal healing...but I know this place has changed me for the better, helped me to find my true self and taught me so much. You forever have my gratitude Samma Karuna xxx

Bitterly DISAPPOINTED with this venue. I booked and paid a 20% deposit for a three day breathwork retreat. It has taken me many months to mentally prepare myself for this trauma release therapy so needless to say I was anxious about attending.
The lead up to the first day I had received no correspondence other than conflicting start times being 09:30 and 11:00 so I called that morning to check. I was then advised that the course had been cancelled due to insufficient attendees.
I was mortified that no one had bothered to let me know coupled with the fact I’d incurred travel costs and booked and paid for accommodation in KP ( £400 for 3 nights as the island accommodation was limited /booked out for full moon)
It’s very clear that registration closes 24 hours before the course begins so I’m baffled as to why no one felt it imperative that I was informed. This giving me the opportunity to cancel & refund my accommodation
I visited to the venue with a hope to get some understanding. The staff were ‘ sorry’
I attempted to speak with some kind of senior management but after multiple communications with admin staff I was unable to find anyone who was interested or cared about my situation and loss.

We sorry Emma for the inconvenience caused.
It is in our interest for the workshops to run, however this is not always possible if there is not enough people signing up for it, and its true that workshops can be cancelled on short notice.
We offered you a full refund and a 3 days free pass to our Awakening & Healing program to show you our appreciation but this was not of your interest.
We hope one day you can give us another chance.

Samma Karuna is a very special place where I experienced a lot of beautiful and intense emotions. I came for the volunteering program longing for community, spiritual and personal growth and learn about tantra. I ended up getting everything I wanted and much more! I got very surprised about how powerful the classes can be. Breathwork, Inner Dance, Tantra, Biodevelopment, meditations, yoga... all different techniches that help us to silence our minds to hear our bodies and access our emotions. Group sessions facilitaded in safe environment where we feel free to laugh, cry, scream... everything is embraced with love and respect I learned so much, felt so much that it has been more than 2 months and I'm still here joining all the workshops and activities I can! Every day is different (even going to the same classes) and has been an amazing journey of self discovery and deep connection with people from all over the world. SK is a life changing place, a school of love and happiness I would highly recommend for absolutely everyone.

I recently attended the Bio Development Dance Therapy Teacher Training at Samma Karuna. It was a hugely enjoyable training, a lot fun and at the same time very magical and deeply moving. The group were just great and the teachings were shared with such warmth, generosity and wisdom. I can honestly say that this special training will remain in my heart always, and I look forward to sharing it with the community in London. Thank you so much Ishi and all the team at Samma Karuna. ❤️
