It is a nice garden with variety of beautiful roses. Worth seeing in winters when roses are in full bloom. Fountains are also there which operate during morning and evening hours.

Roses are Red !....Naaahhhhh! Here they bloom in myriad colours and variety
jan. 2020
Inaugurated in 2015 by the then External Affair Minister, Late Mrs Sushma Swaraj, this rose garden symbolises the true friendship between India and Africa. Spread over a pretty decent area, this garden is capable of attracting and holding anyone's interest. The nicely manicured lawns with beautiful flower beds, mature trees and fountain makes this garden a perfect place to relax and soak up the sun during winters. One can find families enjoying picnic, kids playing, couples spending good time or can also find people simply relaxing on lush green grass.

This place is a great escape from monotonous, tedious and speedy city life.

Important Info:

1. Entry is free of Cost.
2. Free and big Parking space available just outside the garden.
3. No shops nearby, so kindly carry your eatables and water.
4. December to January is a good time to visit this place as roses bloom heavily during this period.
5. No restriction on photography. Click as much photos as u can.

Request: If planning a picnic, then please don't leave behind your trash. Dispose them with full responsibility.

A small park with myriad of roses
mar. 2019 • Familie
A small, well maintained rose park located near rail museum in Delhi. It’s should be on the must visit list of flower enthusiasts. The park authority put lot of efforts to keep this place safe and tidy. The colours of roses are so eye catchy that it becomes difficult to move from one flower to another. Thankfully the park authorities have added other flowers, adding to its versatility. It will take hardly an hour to cover most of the corners of the park . A lush green patch of ground surrounded by small fountains in a circle gives a perfect place to meditate and to find peace. A few photos of flowers just for reference. There are no fees for visiting the enclave.

Roses all the way
mar. 2019 • Familie
Rose garden is an open to all park located at the juncture of Satya Marg and Shantipath in Chanakyapuri. While coming from Moti Bagh towards Shanti Path, it is located on your right hand side. The park has parking available just outside the garden's entrance and is free of charge. The garden also has no entry fee. It is a big garden with a huge variety of roses.

Since the garden is not very well known, it is not crowded and is a perfect place to spend a couple of hours here and enjoy the winter sun. Winters are the best time to visit this garden when the flowers are in full bloom. The garden's landscape has been done tastefully and also has fountains.

As the garden is located in diplomatic area, the crowd here is decent. You will typically find people from neighbourhood coming here.

For nature lovers this place is a must visit to explore the different varieties of roses.

After visiting the garden, once can also cross the road and go to the mini garden created in the roundabout where Satya Marg crosses Shanti Path. This little garden boasts of tulips and other flowers. The trees and shrubs are well manicured giving you many picture perfect moments.
