We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the massage therapy at our spa but are a little surprised to hear that you did not enjoy your full therapy here. We have taken your feedback very seriously and shared it with our management and staff. We apologise for any inconvenience caused to you. We consider all our guests to be really special and we feel that it is never too late to clear out any confusion that may be there. There are certain complaints you had against us which we would like to clear out: 1. Apparently you took a 3 hour “Head to toe” Spa package therapy which consists of : . A deep tissue massage therapy . A body wrap . A body scrub and . A head massage . Steam and shower would take an extra 30 minutes (above the 3 hours) Hence, the price of Rs 8,800/-(plus govt taxes), which is a discounted package. Actual price of this therapy is Rs. 11,300/-(plus govt taxes) In our longer duration spa packages, our different therapies have been carefully chosen and combined together to suit the different preferences of our guests and all our therapists are properly trained to carry out each and every one of these therapies in the best possible manner. When a guest of ours chooses to take any of our long spa packages, our receptionist first explains the whole sequence of therapies. In our “Head to toe” therapy, 4 different therapies have been combined to form a 3 hour long package, so naturally there would be little breaks as we move from one therapy to another as you would also be taking a steam and shower inbetween some of these therapies. After reading your review, we would suggest here that since you seem to like a nice good massage, next time you should probably opt for our regular massage therapies instead of our spa packages which include a variety of therapies combined together. 2. You found our taxes to be very high! Taxes charged by us are as per the rules of the Government of India, whereby an amount of 18% GST (Goods and Service Tax) has to be mandatorily charged on all spa services. This is written on our menu as well as our website and is also told to our guests at the time of choosing their therapy so that it does not come as any surprise to them later. Once again, the inconvenience caused to you is deeply regretted and we do hope that you will give us another opportunity to showcase our services to you and this time we assure you that we shall make sure you enjoy our services and leave with a smile on your face after a good, relaxed therapy!
