A wonderful tour, excellent itinerary and everything promised was delivered. Our driver Arun was a gentleman, superb driver and very giving in information and tips what to do etc. Make sure that you visit Ranthmbore and hope to see the Tigers. We thoroughly recommend A1 Tours for price and inclusions. Loved Taj Mahal.

Our fully loaded three day tour started the moment we were collected very efficiently by our greeter The Sultan of “S(w)ingh”, at Delhi International and soon whisked away into the bustling capital’s insane traffic. Our first night was spent in Agra, so that we could reap the benefit of a dawn pre- breakfast visit to the Taj Mahal. Sultan introduced our guide, Abdul, at the entrance exactly as planned. Abdul is the perfect guide, highly articulate and clearly a master of his subject. (transpired he holds a masters degree in history, and about to embark on his doctorate). An inspired choice of guide by A1 Tours. Thank you Javed!
Our little tour group of four all remarked on the quality of our guide, and our BRILLIANT driver Sultan the lion. Given the amount of driving necessary to cover our trip, Sultan proved an absolute gem. His driving skills are amazing, he was at all times kindly, helpful, considerate, and effectively demonstrated the folly of our ever having contemplated a self drive tour! Our little party fully endorse the comments made by others about the tour generally and Sultan in particular.
We feel we have to specially mention our final day’s tour of Old and New Delhi, where Sultan was both driver and tour guide. His depth of knowledge and his ability to inform , educate and entertain were exemplary.
A superb, well organised tour, by Javed and his team at A1, crammed into three days! Exhausting, hence our choice on the final day of seeing the capital from our car- the one exception being a memorable rickshaw tour of Old Delhi.
Now to the hotels. Our hotel, the Alleviate, was perfectly good with helpful staff, “Taj View”and a good breakfast. Agra was so hazy that we couldn’t actually see the Taj Mahal from our windows! Be aware the hotel has a number of rooms which have no outside window. With hindsight, no reason not to use them, ( they're a bit cheaper) particularly as rooms are airconditioned, windows un-openable and maybe infrequent views of Taj Mahal due to atmospheric conditions.
Second night in Jaipur, the home of A1 Tours- Nahargarh Haveli hotel not up to scratch- unloved, rooms somewhat dirty, public area carpeting very grubby, could benefit from a deep steam clean, had to request a kettle and tea/coffee kit, and indifferent staff- avoid unless they’ve had a makeover before you visit. Cleaning staff are male, says it all!
Third night was Delhi, Tripple Tree Hotel not too bad but not as clean as it should be and again not up to standard of the Alleviate in Agra. To be fair to A1 Tours, we understood the hotels in Jaipur and Delhi were to be 3 star and basic, but cleanliness should not have been compromised and basics such as a full complement of towels and bathroom accessories should be checked by staff before guests’ occupation.
The tour, the team and its organisation fully deserve 5 stars. Thank you everyone!

Ездили с этой компанией по "золотому треугольнику", наш водитель Султан. Тур очень понравился, у нас была машина с водителем на 6 дней, мы посетили Агру, Дели и Джайпур. Безопасная езда, отличный сервис, и соотношение цена-качества. Водитель помогал на маршруте в решении всех вопросов. Рекомендую

I booked a 5 day trip with car dehli-agra-jaipur- dehli, travelling as a couple.
Sultan was our driver and he was excellent. He provided us with the tips and even helped paid for our drinks on Day 1 as i do not have loose change.
We booked our hotels directly and not through the agency.
As mentioned by the other travellers, we chose not to have guides after Taj Mahal as we treasure more privacy and touring on our own pace.
Sultan was himself more than a driver and he brings us all the must see places and even more, especially in Jaipur as he is a Jaipur local. He assisted us in the shielding away the touts and vendors which we are very greatful off. We trusted him a lot!
On the tour stops, I guess if you do not intend to buy, just assist the guides/driver by contributing 10-15mins of your time and walk through the shops. It is ok not to buy if you are not interested, but it is a routine for the drivers/tour guides. I guess it is a small price to pay for visiting India and see all the beautiful sites!

The tour itself is fabulous: if you choose the 5 days Golden Triangle Tour you’ll visit New Delhi main monuments, Taj Mahal in Agra and Jaipur. Your driver will pick you up at the airport and drop you off at the end. You will have included a guide for each city that you need to pick up before visiting the first touristic spot of each city.
Our driver for 5 days was Sultan Singh who was amicable, welcoming, polite and has very good sense of humour. You can ask him anything and he’ll try to sort it out as best as he can. Also his driving skill is top notch, even in hectic indian traffic you’ll feel like cruising. I would give 5 stars just for him. I wish to see him as a tour guide in the future.
There are multiple reasons why I’m putting 1 star.
First of all regarding our Hotel in Delhi: the room was like in the process of being refurbished and work not completed yet. Dirty and used bedsheets, dirty room, sink drainpipe was directly going to the bathroom floor. It was a Cold room and in a cold Delhi weather where temperature can go as low as 2 °C in the night you would expect at least a solution. And for that hotel staff the solution was either paying 500Rupees for a heater (which they realised later that they didn’t have) or giving you more cotton bedsheets. Called the organiser mr Javed assuring me that he’ll speak to the hotel staff but nothing happened at the end. Exhausted from the early flight to Delhi and all day tour you just want to relax and sleep, so we decided to stay anyway.
During the tour in each city, the guide will suggest you an emporium shop where you can buy original and local souvenirs. They have a nice pricey collection and staff who are trying to sell you anything. It seems like these shop are sponsored by the guides who are very reluctant to skip it and you are nearly forced to go to. Anyway, we found identical or similar items in a govt approved shop half of the price or even less.
At last but not the least is the fact that we were not informed regarding tipping system for the guides. So bring extra cash if you wish to do so.
Overall is good. We enjoyed it. I hope they can improve the service which is great especially for those who are travelling to India for the first time.

I did a golden triangle tour in Nov 22. Sultan Singh was my driver who was exceptional and cannot be faulted. Jaipur and the safari in Ranthambore national park were the highlights. The tour guides for individual locations are not really necessary, and I would have preferred if they were not part of this package, especially in Delhi its preferably to have some freedom and explore at your own pace.
My main qualm with this tour company is they have relations with local businesses in each city, usually selling useless trinkets/souvenirs. You are effectively forced to go to these shops and they make it very difficult for you to leave politely. This will happen multiple times in each location you visit. It seriously dampens the experience.
If you can tolerate this, and don't want to plan anything yourself, its still a reasonably priced package tour but for most people I would honestly recommend just finding a good driver and sorting out the rest yourself.

Ratan was our driver for a our week’s tour of Golden Triangle and tiger reserve.
He was polite, friendly and efficient, time keeping was excellent.
We picked up 4 different guides along the way, all spoke excellent English and were very helpful , particular mentions to our guide in Delhi who organised an inexpensive SIM card for us, and the one at Taj Mahal who helped us with stunning photos on my phone.
We stayed in hotels of a very good standard, all pre-paid by A1 on a B&B basis apart from at Ranthambore which was full board.
A1 tours (JAVED) were very easy to deal with and communication was excellent (mainly by email) and the tour package was exceptionally good value.
We would have no hesitation in recommending A1 tours 100%, we really enjoyed our week’s tour😃

We were a group of 4 and Mr. Sultan Singh was our driver for 2 weeks. We had so much fun together! He's not only a professional driver, but also a very good guide. We wanted to see real India and Mr. Sultan offered us exactly what we were looking for. He also had good restaurants, guides and shops recommendations.
Mr. Sultan is probably the best part of our trip in India!

Booking with A-1 Tours India was definitely the best decision I could've taken for my first trip to India. I was traveling solo with a limited amount of days and wanted to do the golden triangle. At the beginning I was hesitant to book a tour and thought I would just go around the cities by myself, now after the experience with A-1 Tours, I can say that I would've not been able to cover even half of the wonderful things we visited. The company is perfectly reliable, they asked me for a 25% advanced payment that I completed through Paypal and paid the remaining balance in the local currency at the end of the trip. The hotels were good (3 stars), especially the one in Jaipur. They are very flexible so they can change hotels and other things in your tour package accordingly. The car was in perfect condition with a functioning A/C and was comfortable. The guides were also kind and knowledgeable.
All that being said, the highlight of the experience was the driver Sultan Singh, from minute zero he was very caring to accommodate all my needs and exceeded my expectations. Besides nailing it at his job due to his experience and good driving skills, he's a very outgoing, kind, and awesome company for a trip to discover these wonderful places. His motto is 'Aram se' which means 'take it easy', the best attitude you can have to enjoy this experience!
All that being said, the highlight of the experience was the driver Sultan Singh, from minute zero he was very caring to accommodate all my needs and exceeded my expectations. Besides nailing it at his job due to his experience and good driving skills, he's a very outgoing, kind, and awesome company for a trip to discover these wonderful places. Wow A1 Travel seems to have wonderful reviews, just wanting to confirm the contact number for Mr. Khan and Email since when I google a number of sites pop up and not sure if the website linked is the correct one or not.

Hi, before I decided to booked A1 tours I researched different reviews & i came accords one where a lady booked it travelling alone. She had positive things to say about the tour & said her driver was kind and made her feel safe during her visit. I'm sure if you email Javed (business owner), he will cater for you well. Sorry for replying so late, I haven't loved on to TripAdvisor for a while. Hope this review helps anyone thinking of doing this tour alone 😁
